As always with this make an excellent knife well and safely packed and exactly what I wanted a BONING knife. I stress boning because I see some people have been using this as a general knife. I wouldn't. It is perfect for purpose which is to bone and carve meat, poultry and fish but it's not good for chopping or peeling. You risk having the knife slip- and mine is, as expected, razor sharp- ruining the knife and possibly your hand as well. Similarly it's not a bread knife though I must admit we used our old one for years for this as well as for meat and fish etc. Very pleased with this one. It completes my set of professional knives.

Really useful addition.
Really useful addition to BBQ toolkit. The narrow blade really allows me to work with a large cut of meat trimming it as I need. Excellent product.I just need to stop my kids cutting apples and stuff with it.
