1 star. This did not work without careful adjustment1. Plumbing has to be exact so the exit waste pipe does not leak, non alignment = leaks2. Bottle took several attempts to avoid leaks. Screw thread is just a small turn, can me temperamental.3. Good that the down pipe is adjustable for lowering to meet waste pipe but if that waste pipe is not in perfect line then water leaks. Again due to an insufficient seal. Having to support the bottle but others seem to rate this product 5 star so be guided by them4. Finally got it working. Does the job of air inlet and anti siphon.

Tidy and no leaking really good quality and easy to instal.

Purchased this to replace and old sink trap, that was starting to smell often, and after reading the spec of this one, thought this might help with the problem. It has almost certainly helped with the gurgling sounds a sink makes when it drains as well, Nice and easy to install, and also remove in future for cleaning with the quarter turn to undo. Fitted nicely where the old one was, and is a lot smaller than the one that we had with a U bend in, and has freed up some space under the sink, for those other perfect one use gadgets we tend to buy ;) .

Easy to fit but telescopic fitting is only a slide fit without compression nut. Tension from flexible hose caused it to slide out of housing over time causing waste water flood.

When I initially installed the trap under my sink, the units did seem very flimsy and was moving about a lot. However, the unit did seem to help with reducing gurgling and smells. However, I knocked it very slightly getting something from under the sink and it then started leaking very badly and so I had to replace it with a far more robust version from Screwfix, which works perfectly and is as solid as a rock.

Terrible, fitted the product leaking at every point, when removed the product could see it was not round and distorted, now left with no sink

Similar issues to other reviewers. The fitting is flimsy and clumsy. It was very loose on the pipe fixture - so much so that water was able to escape over the top.Having made adjustments, it seemed fine for about a week until I noticed water leaking from the red seals. It was on as tightly as allowed but still leaked.After trying to adjust it again, it became so flimsy it was unusable. I had to secure it with string to stop it dropping again and keep a drip tray underneath until able to replace it.Looks neat but just not worth the headache. Awful piece of kit. Strongly recommend avoiding
