California Coast Naturals' Olives are grown on a CCOF Certified Organic ranch along the Santa Barbara Coast where they are hand-picked and hand-packed. These olives are then hand pitted and brined with Organic Meyer Lemons grown on the same ranch. All of our olives are USDA/CCOF Approved Organic, non-gmo, vegan, gluten free, and naturally salt cured (unpasteurized). As a result of this natural curing process, our olives are some of the only to be considered a great source of probiotics and antioxidants. We proudly grow all of our own olives as well as many of our ingredients - if an ingredient is not grown on our ranch then it is sourced from local organic growers. Not as expected
the jar was not sealed...did not pop when opened and ALL of the lemon was at the bottom of the jar...ZERO olives had the lemon stuffed inside....what a expensive disappointment
