How tight are you supposed to wear these?

Tight enough to hold in place, but be very careful it made a blister on my husband foot that has taken us months to heal. It was working great until the blister.

Is this the way to reach this company about a question of your product or a problem, if so it’s not s good one because their is no contact seller?

can you show mw how to use all the parts? I lost the e mail address to get the directions how to use

Has this worked for anyone? So far this has only caused me additional pain. I've used the strap for an hour or two per day over the past several weeks

Doesn't do much honestly. And it's uncomfortable. Your toe eventually makes it's way back to its original position. The brace is too forgiving and makes the metal bar useless. My experience anyway.

How long can I wear the bunion splint daily?

until you feel discomfort, then take a break its different for every one, I can wear them longer than my husband
