Back heel stiff, but no problems breaking them in
I'm almost between an 8 and an 8.5, I ordered the 8.5 to be safe for thicker socks. They are just a tiny bit big, but not enough that it's uncomfortable or my feet slide around. The thing that surprised me the most was how little, to no break in time is needed. I wore them while helping a friend move to break them in good (lots of stairs, lots of walking) and the back, although stiff, didn't rip into my heel like I expected. I brought a pair of back-up shoes just in case but never had to use them. A few more wears and I'm sure they'll feel like I've had them for years. They are really lightweight, which is a plus for long days. In the beginning, the material is a little stiff, as to be expected, so it makes taking them on and off hard, but as the material softens over time, that'll be less of an issue. I would strongly recommend them for comfort, quality, lightweight, and material. All of which matter when working long days on your feet with a lot of movement during the course of the day.

Comfortable one first time wear
The boots are a little stiff which is good for supporting ankles. They fit as snug as you want them when laced up as you like I have broken my ankle and work in EMS. I needed the higher top to support the ankle and tall enough to not irritate the 6 inch plate used to fix the break. Now I have had an ankle replacement and still enjoy the support of a tall boot. The loops at the back are needed to pull the boot on. The boot is comfortable the first time you wear it so no breaking in time.y foot is small a 5.5 but I get a 6 for winter Sox. Room but even a thinner Sox these do not slip on your foot. I normally get Bates but they wear quickly and the support softens over time.Let's see how these hold up to every day EMS wear and tear.

I sized up
Comfy , very snug. A little hard to get on at first but I figure I’ll wear them in. I’m a size 7.5 but I got a size 8 because that’s all they had. Glad I did. Would recommend

Fabulous!
They just arrived and put them on and walked around outside. I wear 9.5 and they fit. HOWEVER if you want to wear thick or heavy socks order up a half size at least. I dont like socks . I work on my feet all day. My actual size will handle a thin sock with my foot fitting perfectly but I would never be able to wear a thick sock in my actual size. I would have to size up a half size at least. I will wear them to work today for the first time. 8 hours on my feet. I will give updates. I researched boots for days for my ankle as I have 9 screws in my left ankle. These dont bind my ankle up but do secure it. The zipper is a PLUS!

ORDER YOUR TRUE SIZE!
The media could not be loaded. First off, ORDER YOUR CORRECT SIZE!I find it better to use the URO size chart for more accurate sizing. I got the 7.5 and started to worry, because I saw reviews saying “they are so narrow order a 1/2 size up.”I am so glad I didn’t! They fit perfect and the laces with the side zipper make these a great boot and easy to adjust if you have thicker calves.Very light weight and and very comfortable. Just like any boot, you can switch out the insoles, but I don’t think I will have to do that. At least not for a while. I’m very happy with my purchase thus far!

Awesome, but a little tight at the ankle
Great boots for the price. Much more comfortable than my last pair. However they do run tight around the ankle. The boots fit my feet, but I cannot zip them all the way up. This doesn’t really bother me as they can be zipped about 3/4 the way up and I don’t have to worry about them unzipping during work. Overall great, I would buy again. I wear and 8.5 women’s but would buy a 9 next time.

Comfortable
I’ve been a first responder for 12yrs started when my knees and feet were young now I’m an old head. These things are the best I’ve bought so far on my feet 16hrs a day and no issues. Better then Nike and under armor. The grip on wet ground is great never slip or slide and can ran in to save the day without fear of slipping on something wet

Snail Mail
Great looking shoes. However, the order was placed on May 18, and the shoes arrived on June 25. Unfortunately, they were needed for an academy. Therefore, shop elsewhere if you need your package in a timely manner.

One defective boot.
One boot would dig into the top of my foot and could not wear for 12 hours a day. Very disappointed as I feel I waisted my money on these. Tried them a few times and couldn’t do it anymore. Wish I had sent them back right away.

Defective
I have only had these over a month and the sole of the boot is coming off. I am a week over the return window and have no way to contact the seller for a replacement. Only worn six times indoors.

Don't Recommend
Boots lasted 5 months, the heel tore fast and started hurting my heel because the plastic or whatever is holding the boot was exposed and cut up my heel. The toe also unglued within weeks and looked bad.
