TOGUPowerball Premium Togu Abs

Excellent quality. Certainly doesnt feel like it will break under a heavy weight. Comfortable to sit on and use. When it arrives it feels very hard and rigid but it does soften up if blown up correctly according to the instructions. (Takes a couple of days to set it up basically, to get it to its best). It does not come with a pump. It has a short list of exercises in pictures to follow.Wouldnt be without mine now. Check their website if you want to know what weight your ball is able to take before bursting - its very clear.I have a Togu swiss cushion as well.I recommend both. Look at different colours for different prices.

A great Swiss ball. Easy to pump up. I would however advise purchasing a suitable pump to get it up to the correct pressure. Instruction leaflet with suggested exercises is good though minimal. There are however lots of good online routines. I also use this ball for sitting at a desk to correct posture and strengthen core.

The powerball is well made. 45 cm is good for a very limited set of exercises. And a limited set of body sizes(children). The best choice is 65 cm.

The first one sent was too big but the 2nd one was perfect. I now am to use it everyday

The ball looks terrific but it came without the plugs to stop the air coming out. Are these sold separately or have they just been left out of my delivery?

Robust built, designed to be reliable under heavy loads, anti-burst tested. Great for heavy weight training! I am not a fan of Gym Balls popping while I'm holding 50kg+ weights!

This ball is ok but too firm/hard and not elastic at all, not good for bouncing but ok for work outs. Great colour though.

Seit inzwischen 15 Jahren sitze ich auf Sitzbällen (Privat und Arbeit), ich habe vieles ausprobiert (Swopper, etc.), lande am Ende dann doch immer wieder bei den Bällen. Dieser Ball ist sehr gut, stabil, dickwandig und er hält die Luft.Bei den einfachen, dünneren und damit flexibleren Bällen besteht das Problem, dass sie sich bei Belastung (drauf sitzen) dann sehr stark in die anderen Richtungen ausdehnen. Man muss diese dann häufig über die vorgegeben Maße aufpumpen, um beim sitzen dann noch eine gute Schreibtischsitzhöhe zu erreichen, meist mit dem Problem, dass die Beine dann nicht mehr rechtwinklig den Boden erreichen, weil der Ball durch die Ausdehnung im Weg ist. Ich wiege 90kg, also nicht übermäßig schwer.Dieser Ball auf seine vorgeschriebene Größe gebracht ist viel unflexibler und damit härter, mehr als 7-9 cm taucht man nicht ein, für einen 75cm Schreibtisch ist der 65cm Ball bei mir sehr gut passend. Die Umgewöhnung an den zunächst doch sehr harten Ball, hat bei mir zwei Tage gedauert.Das dicke, recht unflexible, Material erfordert zwingend, dass man sich bei der "Inbetriebnahme" an die Anleitung hält. Der Ball sollte auf Zimmertemperatur sein, dann wird er langsam, in Etappen, auf die Zielgröße gepumpt, dem Ball Zeit geben sich gleichmäßig auszudehnen. Beachtet man dass nicht, dann überdehnt sich das Material an den einigen Stellen, der Ball wird unrund und ist ruiniert.

Cette balle est parfaite pour faire des exercices divers, une fois gonflé au diamètre nominal (65 cm pour le modèle choisi) elle est suffisamment rigide pour ne pas s'avachir lamentablement comme certaines balles d'autres marque. Elle est parfaitement utilisable en siège pour travailler le maintien du dos...

Ottima fitball, è la seconda che compro e mi trovo bene, avevo bisogno di una palla abbastanza solida da poter usare come seduta e nello stesso tempo da poter utilizzare per fare esercizi e questa a mio avviso è il giusto compromesso, il materiale è più consistente e robusto rispetto alle fitball classiche che si trovano nelle palestre. Io sono alto 180 cm e trovo che la misura adatta sia 65 cm. gonfiata al massimo, perchè quella da 75 (che pure ho a casa dei miei) va bene per la seduta ma è davvero troppo grande per farci gli esercizi.Non capisco le critiche di quelli che dicono che la palla si deforma: è una cosa del tutto normale il fatto che standoci seduti la palla si ovalizzi un po', tra l'altro oltre ad essere un tratto comune a tutte le fitball permette anche di mantenere una maggiore stabilità pur mantenendo la sua funzione basculante.

He comprado esta pelota y no otro modelo o marca porque el ABS Powerball Premium aguanta 170 kg de carga dinámica sin reventar (en caso de pinchazo durante su uso se desinflaría poco a poco y no de golpe), mientras que el modelo no Premium solo 90 kg. En otras marcas no dicen nada, y después de leer que las pelotas de 15 euros que venden por ahí revientan cuando quieren no me apetecía arriesgarme, máxime cuando quiero usarla a modo de silla de vez en cuando y peso bastante.Esa garantía anti reventones es en las condiciones de temperatura dadas por el fabricante (suelo a no más de 25 grados), fácilmente superadas en verano en España, así que veremos qué pasa. Si no actualizo el comentario es que no ha habido que lamentar daños personales en este tiempo.Con la pelota viene la boquilla para inflar (la pelota en sí no lleva válvula) y dos tapones, pero efectivamente no hay inflador. En amazon hay unos cuantos, yo compré uno manual de erima que estaba en stock y es pequeño... así hacía ejercicio inflando la pelota de 65cm jeje. En serio, se tarda un rato inflando a mano, mejor una bomba más grande, de pie o incluso eléctrica. Y mejor si tiene manómetro para dejar la pelota siempre en su punto y evitar el deterioro del plástico.

The Togu ball is made of thick, durable material, and when you take the plug out of it, it clearly doesn't inflate too quickly. Although the TOGU ball doesn't come with a pump, what they don't tell you is that you probably don't need one. They do provide a very useful adapter that you can plug into the nozzle of your bike pump, which works better than any of the cheep "disposable-type" pumps that the other guys thrown in.
