I shall try to give a full rundown of the experience I've had with this company and sofa. I messaged the company asking when they could deliver in my area and received a quick response with an exact date. I was a little worried it wouldn't fit in the property as my door frames are 72cm wide and the sofa is 76cm tall. I was told they would attempt delivery and I informed them I can remove the doors and the door trim on the frame to free up some extra space. I received a phone call the night before delivery to confirm that delivery would take place the next day and I was the first stop they had, so it would be early (07:00) or there abouts. Due to traffic they were a little late, but this wasn't an issue to me. When the delivery team arrived, they brought the biggest part (the corner seat area) up first so we could see if it fit. After I removed the doors and frames it went straight in. I'm sure it would've squeezed in even without removing the frames, but I didn't wish to damage the sofa before I even got to use it! The guys delivering were very polite and very helpful. They setup the sofa exactly where I asked and even moved it about as I adjusted the rug and table in the middle. The sofa came with three standard grey cushions. The sofa is firm, but comfortable! You can't feel any springs or lumpy areas. It's really nice to lay on and offers a nice bit of support. The storage area is about 28cm deep and nearly as long as the entire section of sofa. The bed is easy to pull out as long as you keep it even and easy to put away again. The adjustable arm rest has three or four positions and you just have to lift it till you hear a click for each position. Lift it all the way up and release to lower it fully. I purchased 3 deep red throws from pound stretcher for £10 each (150cm X 200cm) I got the ones with full blue labels. There are red throws with part blue labels but they look dull in comparison. I purchased 8 cushions for pound stretcher also (£5 each with pillow and case Artic pillow) I also purchased many other cushions from Amazon. I've also got a full blue throw and cushion set to replace the red if I want a change. All in all the sofa if comfortable, looks great and the multiple uses such as the bed and storage made this a brilliant buy! I would recommend this sofa to others and would like to tha k the seller for their very quick replies to my questions and the great service I have experienced with them!

I'm loving this sofa or I should say lounger it's very comfortable and spacious I could stay on it all night.. Its a great purchase and very happy with it. The delivery en were top notch it was a bit to big to fit through my flat door so the door had to be taken of.. I said I would do it while they got the rest of the sofa up, but if they would help me put it back on, which the guy said yes of course with no hesitation. These guys were very professional and experienced. The sofa is just perfect and I'm truly happy that I purchased it, I would highly recommend it to anybody. So for the delivery guys 10 out of 10..for the sofa 10 out of 10 for the company 10 out of 10... Great stuff.

I ordered this sofa as it looked quite nice and had a very quick delivery time which I have found is not common in the UK. I was a bit hesitant as there were no reviews when I made my purchase but I decided to take a gamble. I am extremely glad I did! The sofa is very comfortable and looks great! I was pleasantly surprised to also receive incredible customer service. The sofa was initially meant to be delivered 7-10 days after purchase. Within two days I had received notification it would be delivered 5 days after ordering due to their restrictions on time slots in my area (I think it may have otherwise been sooner). Unfortunately that date did not work but they were happy to delivery on the next date they were in my area which was 3 working days later. I even had a follow up phone call the day after delivery asking if everything was delivered as expected and to get my satisfaction. I was impressed to receive such active service on this product. There was a minor issue I had with the sofa bed element but Nikki on their team who I spoke to was very helpful in resolving this for me and now the sofa is exactly as I would have expected! I even spoke to her again today and she informed me if I ever have any questions or issues to just give them a call. I cannot recommend this sofa enough and I am glad I took the gamble on purchasing this high quality sofa!

My toddler as you can see in the picture exhausted himself running around on this sofa and quickly fell asleep. We absolutely love it, it's great quality, comfortable, firm but not hard to sit on. It's huge but fits in our room well. Great as a sofa and a bed. Ideal for sitting and chilling out. The delivery guys were very friendly and put the furniture together for us. I would highly recommend this company and this sofa. Thank you so much.

It's a really nice sofa & it's different from others on the market, my friends & family love it & I must admit it only took me 3 hours after getting it before I fell asleep on it 😬 Honeypot phoned me to arrange delivery the day after I ordered & the delivery guys were great however they literally just dumped all the rubbish from the wrapping outside my front door so be warned you'll need to clear it up.

Awesome couch. Well worth money. Firm but very comfortable... love the storage option, sits 6 adult comfortably or 4 if you want to stretch out. Great height & very modern looking. I was sceptical about quality. But I am pleased. Important cushions are not removable so I have a throw over certain parts at present. Great value, just absolutely brilliant for the price. Delivery was fast & excellent communication. They brought in & set up in room of our choice. Faultless service.

This is a beautiful sofa I’m so pleased I chose this one it’s very good quality and quite heavy so proves it will last, the delivery men were very helpful they initially thought it wouldn’t be able to fit through my front door as we live in an upside down house but they went above and beyond to get the sofa safely without damage up into my front room. They were very helpful when putting this sofa together and showing each part and how it works…. Just brilliant all round really and for a great price I’m very happy would highly recommend

I had been massively let down by another popular homeware store, having been reassured the sofas would fit into my property but after waiting 14 weeks they didn’t. I was really disappointed because I thought it was the only sofa I really liked…until I found this one! From the word go, the customer service was exceptional. Any questions I had were answered really quickly and the delivery guys were great. It fit through my doors with no issues and they put it together super quickly. The sofa itself is an absolute dream. Looks amazing and is really, really comfy. I find myself looking forward all day to the time I can come home and just sit on it! The storage bit is also really handy! Footstool is extra and I think completes the looks but to be honest we don’t need it as the sofa is so big there are lots of spaces to rest our legs! I found the reviews on here very helpful and so felt compelled to write one myself, as well as just shout out the fab customer service! If you are thinking of buying this sofa, don’t think just do it!
