You can’t beat these for a quality product . I like the 500mg the 1000mg to hard to swallow. I generally break this in two and works still effectively. Gets 5 Stars Helps keep you healthy and also awesome value for the money . Always like Amazon for quality at a Fair price.👍😀

I have been using this product for numerous numerous years since it was placed on the shelf for supplement products. The tablet itself is easy for me to swallow and the taste is good.
