The product description states: Ingredients Cocoa (That's copy & pasted directly from the product description in its entirety as of 12-14-22, 5:56 am central time.) This is listed in the 'Important Information' section of the product description located between 'Safety Information' & 'Legal Disclaimer'.2. When this arrived, it had a piece of paper with the ingredients listed for the 'milk chocolate' flavor as: Ingredients: NON DAIRY CREAMER, (COCONUT AND/OR PALM OIL, CORN SYRUP SOLIDS, SODIUM CASEINATE (A MILK DERIVATIVE), MONO & DIGLYCERIDES, DIPOTASSIUM PHOSPHATE AND SODIUM SILICO ALUMINATE), PURE CANE SUGAR, COCOA (PROCESSED WITH ALKALI), MALTODEXTRIN, SALT, NATURAL AND ARTIFICIAL FLAVOR, ASPARTAME***, ACESULFAME POTASSIUM & SILICONE DIOXIDE.***CONTAINS PHENYLALANINE, CONTAINS: MILK(The ingredient lists for the other flavors are similar, mostly varying by having additional ingredients for the respective flavors, but I'm not going to type out the entire ingredient list for all 6-8 flavors that are sent - you get the idea. The actual ingredients in the product that is being sold are a lot more than just cocoa. Yes, cocoa is in there, it's just not the ONLY ingredient as the product description states.)3. The actual ingredients of the product contain items that I avoid or refuse to put in my body. ***~WARNING, I'M GOING TO PUT AN OPINION HERE: I think we all have that to some degree END OF OPINION~*** - for example, my husband refuses to even let liver touch his plate, & absolutely won't put it in his mouth/body.4. Had I known that the ingredient list contained certain item(s) (aspartame), I would not have wasted my money on this product.5. The product came in a cardboard box, all higgledy-piggledy with the paper of ingredient lists at the bottom, under the jumbled up mess of loose pods.6. I used a pod & took a sip of the prepared product before looking at the ingredient list. Specifically, I went looking for the ingredient list because of how it tasted.7. I do not like the taste of most artificial sweeteners. Some people can't tell the difference, some don't mind them, some like them, & there's even some that prefer the artificial sweetener(s) to the real stuff. Just because I think it tastes absolutely disgusting & would rather eat fresh earthworms than consume aspartame does not mean that you do/will agree with my taste(s). I feel the same way about beets, yet my Mom loves beets. ***~WARNING, I'M GOING TO PUT AN OPINION HERE: Doesn't make either of us bad, nor does it make either of us wrong, just different. END OF OPINION~*** You may or may not agree with my taste(s) regarding artificial sweeteners, aspartame in particular.8A. This is the 4th time I have written a review for this product. I do not now, nor have I ever had doubts, questions, nor concerns about "product authenticity". I have always believed that I ordered a 40 Count Variety Pack of Hot Chocolate Pods for Keurig K-Cup Brewers from Pingo & that I received exactly that, so of course "the product you received was authentic" as the e-mails continue to state.10. I DO have concerns about product ACCURACY in the ingredient list that is presented to prospective buyers being different from that provided to those who have already made a purchase. ***~WARNING, I'M GOING TO PUT AN OPINION HERE: I do consider a variance of 9 ingredients to be a considerable enough difference to rend at least one of those lists as inaccurate. END OF OPINION~***11. To clarify any misconception(s): It is not like Amazon is saying "tough" & I'm saying "hard" where they are 2 separate words which can have the same/similar meanings. Authenticity & accuracy are 2 different words & each of those words mean something different as well. 'The product tastes disgusting' is an opinion - while 1 person or some people do/may agree that it tastes disgusting, there are others who do not/may not find it to taste disgusting, but rather find it to taste delicious, or even somewhere between those 2 extremes.'The product tasted disgusting to me' and 'I found the product to taste disgusting' are facts - that is how I experienced the taste & neither means nor insinuates that you will necessarily experience the taste in the same way, only thet that is how I experienced it.Edit 12-15-22 I am beginning to wonder if Amazon has a vested interest in Pingo &/or aspartame & that is the true reason that they are trying to squash my true opinion expressing my dislike for this product & its shady business practice of not providing a true list of ingredients on the product description page.

Overall, these are fine. Except for the "white chocolate" version. It looks and tastes like a cup of weak skim milk. Granted, white chocolate isn't even really chocolate and is rather tastesless anyway, but hot in a cup? Pretty bad. Even the consistency was like watered down skim milk. Manufacturer would have been better skipping that flavor and just adding more of the others.

The 7 out of 8 flavors that actually came in the box are pretty good. I bought this box specifically because it had white chocolate flavor, that's the one I wanted and didn't want to buy a whole box without tasting it first. All the others are for my 3 boys who enjoy hot coco and do indeed love these ones and the variety it comes in. I'm bummed that I didn't get at least one white chocolate pod to taste but the overall value of this sample box is fantastic and I will most likely purchase it again.

This is the 3rd time I've purchased Pingo. The first box was mixed flavors and the last 2 were milk chocolate. No issues the first two times but this last batch seems to be different, or maybe it's my Keurig... i don't know. Keurig starting overflowing like it couldn't push the cocoa out the small hole. No problem... i just punch a hole and them turn the cup and punch it again. but now I'm getting small chunks of cocoa that don't dissolve. I've cleaned my machine, but the issue continues which makes me think it's the cups.

had seen bad reviews on here and almost didn't order this brand... glad i gave it a try, it's the best hot chocolate flavor i have EVER HAD! ordered another box same day the first arrived and i tasted it.

My nephews live with us and love this. They can make this on their own and I dont need to stip to go help them.

Don't drink coffee so this was the perfect selection for my kids and myself! They seem to like the candy cane peppermint flavor as the picture shows them missing. My youngest seems to be on a hot chocolate diet. I always see her with a cup or making some. It's very reasonable in price as well. Adding to my subscribe and save.

Good variety of flavors in this assortment. Didn’t like the white hot chocolate but the cookies and cream and can’t cane peppermint were really good.
