EZ Gutter Guard - 4-Inch K Style Foam Gutter Filter Insert with Year Round Leaf Protection & Easy DIY Installation - GSK432-1

We had new gutters installed along with new roofs eight years ago. Shortly afterward I found GutterStuff (Gutter Guard) at Home Depot and since it was affordable bought enough to do all the gutters on our home and outbuildings. This product is very easy to install, the only tool you will need is a sharp knife for cutting and trimming. Works great! the wedge shaped black foam material fills the gutter and prevents leaves, sticks, etc from getting caught while keeping birds from nesting in the gutters. I just finished an inspection / cleaning of the foam, only the second time in 8 years, and it is still in good shape. Very little deterioration from UV. My only problem is that moss has started to grow in several places. We live near the coast and mosses can be a headache. I just bought a box from Amazon to have replacement material on hand for areas where I need to replace small pieces damaged by moss. Highly recommended!

We get lotta leaves in fall. gutters were a nightmare. this stuff was easy to install, worked well. still had to clean off all the fines that accumulated 1-2 times a year, but very happy with product. BUT... Been in for like 2 years now, went to brush off fines and noticed foam is already breaking down. crumbling into pieces. Kinda costly to replace every 2 years.

They are easy to install and keep everything including pine needles out of the gutter. But, maybe once a year I have to clean off the top ( I have tons of pine needles and helicopters). However, cleaning is a breeze. I scrape mine with a plastic putty knife (not sharp) and blow it with a leaf blower on a dry day. It is very fast and not wet and mucky because everything dries in the sun on top of the gutter guards. I may not need to do that but it is easy and fast so I do. None have become clogged yet for two years. You may not need to even do that if you have only leaves and helicopters. But pine needles are a special problem. Still - it keeps them out and keeps the water flowing.

I’ve noticed people complaining it’s too small, make sure you put it in the right way, it’s very specific but works amazing will order more in the future as needed!!!

this does seem like it will be a good product for what itis intended, I hopeful it will not fall apart and clog my gutter as the next day of opening the package I seen a large accumultion of the same material surrounding the product, and the Longevity is yet to be seen

Haven't had rain yet but looks like it will do a good job. Had similar before and this looks better

be sure to measure and know exactly how this certain shape and angle is supposed to be installed.the makers sent me a folded up bundle and tied nylon string around the foam. whoever cut this, and wrapped it, didn't do a good job. The angle is off and so was some of the shape. It can be fixed to use with a little patience.

Comes in 6 foot strips and very easy to install. My last installation lasted 14 years so I like this type of product.

Seems to be better than some other gutter foam in letting water through without clogging up. Last at least 5 years.
