Wooster Brush R232-9 Epoxy Glide Roller Cover, 1/4-Inch Nap, 9-Inch

Work very well. Never had a problem with lint or knapp coming off in the coatings. Does a nice job of holding the thick coating. Only downside is that it introduces a lot of bubbles in polyaspartic. Going more slowly helps a lot, but time is important when spreading catalytic coatings. Mix smaller batches and take your time when using these, or have more help on hand to evenly spread your coatings with these rollers.

Not sure why epoxy roller cover has to be this expensive. But, works fine. I used it with 1-part acrylic epoxy (two different brands). I also bought regular roller covers of similar nap size, they worked just as well. Next time, I would just buy regular roller covers. May be it makes a difference for 2 party epoxy? I do not know.

Ditch the foam roller that comes in the kits because they are trash. Ruined my base coat. I read a bunch of forums that recommended using the Wooster epoxy glide roller and I’m glad I used it for the clear topcoat because it’s a game changer. Made the topcoat look like glass. Definitely worth it.

Made for epoxy paint and topcoat application, short fibers stay intact. No worries!

I epoxied my floors last week. In everything I read and saw on You Tube the customers complained about the rollers in the Rust Oleum Rock Solid package falling apart. I bought four of these rollers because I was doing a large area nearly 1000 square feet. I ended up using only one roller to do my job and the roller still looked great at the end of the job. No pieces were left behind in the epoxy, I couldn't be happier. Since the rollers came in a package of two, I sent one package back even though it had only cost about $3. I have enough clutter around here. The only downside is that it took nearly two weeks for the product to arrive so order early.

Used this for polyurethane on a large table I built. Three coats of 3parts poly/1part paint thinner came out buttery smooth

After squeegeeing the epoxy out I used this roller to smooth it into the concrete and it worked perfectly the first time. I'm glad I got it. I had no bubbles. I think a thicker roller would have been messier and caused problems.

We used these for a DIY epoxy floor in our garage and it turned out great . These roller held up great and did not leave anything behind in the expoxy . We ended up order more of them as we were really having with the result . I think they would be great for any epoxy floor project .
