I have waited 14 months to review this product as I wanted to compare it to the Garmin strap it replaced. It is still in one piece, despite being used as much and washed more frequently. The Garmin version had fallen apart after 14 months.

Item as described - fired polar heart rate monitor but inner pads peeling away after a couple of uses. These will not last long…UPDATE: fair’s fair - after 18 months of use the original pads are still connected and it hasn’t missed a beat!

Spot on for value, although a little more sensitive to positioning on your chest than the Garmin original.

One of the studs on my original Wahoo chest strap disintegrated whilst taking the HRM off. OEM item was more expensive for a single item than 2 of these. My Tickr fits perfectly and in some ways I prefer the design of this item over the Wahoo original as you don’t need to remove by unclipping the HRM from the strap, so potentially may last much longer than the original, but only time will tell.Other than than not much to say, it does what it supposed to do!

I bought a new Polar heart rate monitor as my old one was wearing out. I find the belts eventually lose their elasticity and Polar don't make belts for their ole units anymore. So I thought that rather than buy a spare one for my new monitor from Polar I'd get two compatible ones at a much cheaper price. They both fit the monitor and work fine.I don't know why anyone would pay the exorbitant Polar price for a new belt when these almost identical ones are available.
