Fabulous fragrance-free product - love it!
I'm not a fan of perfumes, always prefer fragrance free. Perhaps that's why I love the smell. It just makes cotton cloth smell fresh, but not like any kind of detergent or bleach. You will love this product. It did not intensify colors as I had hoped, but the whites became brighter without taking away from any of the colors, so in essence, the quilt looks brighter, more colorful. Immediately bought this product for my Mom who makes amazing quilts.

Really worked
It took a few soakings on the quilt, but it brightened up ! The quilt is about 70 years old

gentle and thorough
Has worked well on other older fabrics that I have tried as well. My own strategy. Pre-soak in this. Then soak in new solution 8 hrs approx. Then rinse in clear water a couple of times. Use splash of vinegar in early rinse. Then if colorfast spread out in sun to bleach. Done!

Brings out the Color

Does a great job but if you wash the quilt by hand, be sure to wear rubber gloves. Made my skin itch for days!
