I've been using the Laura Ashley brand quilts for over 5 years in our two short-term rental properties, which mean the quilts get washed at least once a week and on a higher temperature than the recommended "cold" wash. The designs and high quality all cotton construction at the price point (they are often on sale on Amazon) are what attracted me and I've not been disappointed. Even with the frequent washing, the colors and fabric hold up well and you wouldn't know they are now over 5 years old. They have held up much better than some all cotton quilts I've purchased from Costco. The reversible patterns are a bonus as they look nice when "turned down" on the bed and you can also change them up, e.g. in our twin rooms we often make the beds up with one quilt side on one bed and the other quilt side on the other bed.I have been so pleased with them that I ordered this pattern when we upgraded our own bed from a queen to king. Given the two dogs and two cats who share our bed, I needed a quilt that would hold up to weekly or more frequent washing so after looking at more expensive options, I decided to go with a brand that I knew had a good track record. I am so pleased with this design, the scattered flowers (with more at the bottom than the top) give the quilt a unique, more modern take on the more traditional floral Laura Ashley patterns.On our mattress (13 inches) the king size just barely covers each side of the mattress, I would prefer a longer drape but it seems like a common feature of king size quilts with the higher mattresses these days. It's not a deal breaker in my mind but if you are someone who prefers a really well "dressed" bed with quilts flowing to the floor, this would not be the one for you.To be clear, this is a lightweight cotton quilt. It is not going to keep you cozy in the winter unless you use it with heavier blankets and/or a duvet. But this is why I love these quilts, because of the versatility. I use them on their own or with a cotton blanket on top in the summer and in the winter I put them on top of a duvet in a plain white duvet cover or underneath a heavier cotton or fleece blanket. The weight works well for us as my husband always sleeps hot anyway so likes the lighter weight and I often just use a twin size blanket on top of the quilt on my side if I want a bit more warmth. The advantage of the lighter weight comes when washing, it doesn't take forever to dry in the dryer or on the line.If you are looking for a lighter weight quilt that holds its color and texture with frequent washing, you will not be diappointed with the Laura Ashely quilts.

Absolutely ADORABLE! It’s exactly as advertised, the color is even spot on which made it easy for color matching accessories. The pillow shams are kind of small for a Queen size set but doable with the right pillows. The seams all look well stitched, no loose strings. It’s the perfect quilt for the light, bright, airy fresh feeling i was going for.

Very pretty warm weather quilt. Lovely soft shades of blue with a true bright white background (no off-white/yellowish tones). Could be a little softer but I suspect will get softer with repeated washings. Shipped direct from manufacturer. Supposed to take a week to be delivered but arrived in two days! If you like this style of bedding highly recommend. Great value for the money

This coverlet is the perfect answer if you are tired of bulky comforters, heavy bedspreads and keeping up with multiple pillows! This saves money, time and frustration and looks simply lovely. I added a cute dust ruffle with little pom poms, easy with the elastic around the base of the bed. Mine was too tight so I cut the elastic and used T craft pins to attach it to the base of the bed. I really love it! My only regret is that the coverlet might be a tad fluffier and not quite so expensive.

Laura Ashley yes please !!! I was so impressed with this quilt. It’s soft. Light, warm, and all cotton! It pulls my bedroom together nicely. I also love that I can wash it in the washer and dry it in dryer!! So convenient. It looks like new. The shams are beautiful too giving my bed a beautifully put together look.

I've been a huge fan of everything Laura Ashley from the 80's. This set is my new favorite. Just stunning. Gives my bedroom such a refreshing look.

This quilt was perfect for our needs. It’s heavy without being too hot. The fabric is very soft and doesn’t fall off bed at all. The fit on an oversized King mattress fits right at edge of mattress. Don’t let the lower price fool you - it feels like a much more expensive quilt.

I was very excited to receive this quilt until I opened the box. I was so very disappointed in the quality: the queen-size Laura Ashley Home quilt was paper-thin, the diagrams on it were so light as to BE actually faded (which, I supposed, was the idea, but went too far). The pillow shams were each huge enough to contain two pillows instead of one. Very disappointed, because it had looked so nice in the preview before seeing it in person. I'm sorry to have to return it, but it is of no use to me.

We ordered this quilt and shams, sad months ago, and we are waiting for spring to arrive in order to finally placed it on our bed. It is simply beautiful. The feel and texture of the quilt is lovely and soft. The pattern is quite subtle. The shams fit either queen size pillows, or basically jumbo pillows to give it more of a rounded look. It fits a queen size bed perfectly. And yes, we did purchase the recommended Laura Ashley bedsheets. This quilt and shams set is worth the money.

Exactly like the picture. But I bought King for a Queen bed because I like the drop at the sides of the bed to be longer than a reg. queen set. The drop goes to the railing of the bed so it hides the top of the skirt on the box spring. It is soft, light and beautiful. Very happy with it.

This was the perfect quilt set for my 85 year old Mom’s bed at our cottage. She’s been using old, mismatched quilts and comforters for years calling it ‘camp’ but this year I’m redoing the place in a shabby chic garden theme and started with her bed. I want her to feel like the Lady she is! Her accent colour around the cottage is cobalt blue (pretty glass ornaments and vases mostly) and this quilt set compliments the style. The quilt is so light and soft but good quality and great for summer. The ability to reverse the quilt gives me more choices for presentation. I’m very happy with the purchase!

Nice.Only issue is with the pillow case as it could have been a little bit bigger, as it gapes once pillows are in place.Otherwise, I really love it
