Misleading Title
Pros:I purchased this because of the low/cold temperature, and it works fabulously for that. When switched on, it gets to the cold temperature within seconds, and maintains that temperature.Cons:The listing states "vibration massage", but there isn't a massage function, or at least if there is, mine doesn't work. It's not a slight massage either, there's zero massage/vibration. This isn't a problem for me, because I primarily purchased it for the hot/cold functions, so I'll be keeping my purchase; however, other people might be disappointed when they receive their "vibration massage" face tool, only to find out there isn't any vibration.Overall, I'm happy with this purchase.

Not functioning as described. I will be returning item.
Item #2 under “note” packaged description on website says: “Do not using while the machine is being charged”. This implies it can be used cordless. I must have received a damaged open box because it does NOT work unless the cord is plugged to the electrical outlet.
