they fit small, my wife was a size 12 and at 32 weeks she needed a large.

They are completely seamless!!! Most comfortable undies I have ever owned. I even bought more post partum and continue to wear them. I would say that because they are seamless they can stretch out with wearing but return to shape with each wash. I bought them too large when pregnant but they were appreciated with my c section scar. The sizing is completely true to size !
