Rubbish
I purchased this item from TK Maxx in Brighton on 26.11.11 and was not satisfied with it. I pointed this out to the company (Protocolny) in an e-mail to their website. I stated that the unit had no on/off switch that I could find plus it was painfully slow to inflate car tyres. Unfortunately I had mislaid my till receipt from the store so was/am unable to go back there. I sent a follow-up e-mail to the company on 6/12/11 and again received a standard acknowledgement but there has been no follow-up whatsoever from their customer services people.My advice, therefore, is do not buy this item; it is an inferior product and the customer service is non-existent. You have been warned.

terrible and dangerous
plugged this item in and it did not turn on, while i was looking for an on off switch the cord which was laying across my legs got fire hot and burned me pretty good. the unit also started smoking. Never worked. Biggest waste of money ever.
