4 Color Bundle - Dual Duty XP General Purpose Thread 250yds each - Dark Silver, Light Slate, Slate and Stone

I needed to repair a rip in a gray T-shirt. There are many different shades of gray. I was able to order this four pack and found the exact color that I needed. You can’t always detect colors when you are looking online. The colors will surprise you in person, so it’s best to get a multi-pack.

Color wise, the 4 pack of thread was more grey than expected. I was hoping for more true blue-greys, than greys (see photos comparing to our grey couch and Macboom). Yet, it got the job done for repairing some holes in a blue-grey heather hoodie that was impossible to match.Dual Duty has been used by my mother and grandmother for all major sewing projects, it’s a brand we trust and know well in the family. The price has gone up significantly on their products over the years, but they are the only reliable thread still on the market that comes in a variety of colors.

Easy to order and a good value.

The picture looks like shades of blue and grays. These are all grays, not blue tints at all.

The Grey assortment are all nearly the same color with 3 being nearly indistinguishable from each other. They do not represent the picture. There is no reason to have 4 of such a close color unless you have a very specific reason for it.There is #630, #620, #600 & #520. The #520 is the only one of any noticeable difference being the light gray - the other 3 look the same and you'd be hard pressed to decide which one to use over another.*Also, mine did not arrive in a box and were just taped together in black plastic from the seller "ShipzNow" so take note of who the seller is!Note I also purchased the Blue assortment which did come in a box and have a good assortment of clearly different colors.

Coats and Clark is my fav brand but three of the threads look almost the same color. NOT as much of a color difference (tone difference) as appears online.

I don't sew professionally, but this thread has been great for the projects I've taken on. Durable and withstands my dogs. I'm mainly sewing ripped dog toys, but when I do repair clothes, this thread has been great.

This is exactly what I needed. Full spools with thread. Seems durable and works well in my machine.
