Came with everything super oven
Came with L brackets and covers for side of cabinet . Great carry handles thinner design requires fitting new wider bracketsThe fitting was straight foward. Controls are easy. Looking forward to using it. Quality really good. Consise instructions. Even had fitting instruction. Looks great.

Shoddy customer service from Amazon and AEG
Oven was faulty, Amazon let me down , by not caring. In my view they should have requested that AEG brought a replacement. AEG would only offer a repair for an oven that was faulty and dangerous…Yes Amazon refunded, but I wanted a replacement . I t is poor that I had to pay to install, then uninstall, and now pay again for a new oven from elsewhere to be installed. I feel very let down.I shall never buy anything electrical from Amazon that requires expert fitting in the future. Poor customer service.

Top oven doesn’t work
I have reported this to you and the company you engaged to install it. They are useless, promise to sort it out but do nothing. I will ask Barclaycard to refund entire cost of order if this is not resolved tomorrow. Alan Freeman
