3 stars for the bed, 5 stars for the seller. Had a few hiccups getting the bed delivered but the seller was very helpful and responsive. Received same day answers to every question during the delivery period. Once the shipper issue was resolved, the bed was delivered in about a week. As for the bed, it does rest close to the floor. Wish it was a bit higher. Also, you do feel like you're sleeping in a box with your head and shoulders actually within the credenza so does feel a bit closed in. The mattress is just OK. We added a 3" memory foam topper which improves the comfort. Overall, a good guest bed for a few nights but not for extended periods. Looks good when all closed up and does not take up much space.

The Pekoe Queen cabinet bed is perfect, the while glove delivery worked as promised, and the bed was delivered into the room we wanted, and assembled as needed. The cabinet has a nice wood grain, and compliments the room wonderfully! Well designed and solidly built. Very nice people, truly... Good for young folks. Overhang above head space not good for elderly. And, too low for elderly, as well. Since I bought it as a guest bed for my aging parents, doesn't work for me... Sad. I really wanted to like it as it fits perfectly.

So far I am pleased with the product. We really needed another bed for the Holidays, but didn't have much room to put another bed...the cabinet bed works perfectly in our den. We had slept on one at a friend's house and really liked it. A little longer delivery time than I expected (almost a month from the time of order). But they made it just before the Holidays. Shipping service uncrated it and moved it into our den. All we had to do was open up the compressed foam mattress and the set up was done...nice service.

The design is interesting and the bed is adequate. The wood is darker than the photo. I was expecting a medium brown. The shipping was a nightmare. It took over two months to actually get the bed.

I purchased a cabinet bed from The Furniture Today, to say I am upset would be mild! First the cabinet bed that I received was a completely different bed from the one I ordered. It was a different style, the color was completely different than the color on the listing, and the hardware was also different than what was pictured. I paid to have this bed assembled which was a waste of money since it was not the correct bed. I spent thousands of dollars on this purchase and I expected to get what I ordered not something completely different! This has to be the worst purchase I have ever made on Amazon.

Really quite an amazing product. It arrived mostly assembled, and what needed to be done, went together in a snap. I was hesitant about making such a large purchase sight unseen but it arrived packed very well. Thanks to Jane Arason for getting me the shipping info when I requested it. It's nice when the owner of the company goes out of their way to help like Jane did. I have nothing but praise for the product and the company. Five stars seems hardly enough!

I'm very pleased with this purchase. The quality surpasses my expectations. It was delivered on schedule and assembled by two very professional men who were so polite and detailed on how to open and close for use.The chemical smell in the mattress dissipated in a few days as reported in earlier reports. I tried the mattress for comfort and found it quite comfortable.
