Solid little hook
this is a stout hook! I've got the same style of hook on my Power wagon and love it. I've never had any issues with any of the Warn "epic" series of gear. This style of hook has a slightly larger throat than competitors and allows me to use my 1/2" soft shackles and recovery gear from my truck. If the hook were ever to break, I'd buy another the exact same. a little pricy but worth the money. (comes with a built in bottle opener as well for those "trail side beverages"...lol)

Warn hooks like the one I got are very very impressive !! Trust me !! Love the rugged but smooth finish !!! Looks as awesome as they work !! The packaging alone was super impressive as well ... nice and neat secure packaging :)) highly recommend warn period whether its hooks or winches ... you can not go wrong !!

New Epic Winch Hook For ATV!
Bought this hook to replace a very worn out original hook on an ATV winch. Really liked the look of the WARN Epic line of products. So bought the 5000 lb. version of this hook to try it out. Feels and looks better then the original hook. So far no problems and holding up very nicely. After using and seeing this in action now planning on buying some more WARN Epic products. Yes I know it's made over seas. It's really hard to find anything made in the USA anymore. But what do you expect when today's society have forced so many company's to shut down factories and move elsewhere and unfortunately it is usually out of the USA! You just have to go with what is available to you even though you might not want too.
