Excellent pillow!! Took a couple weeks, as expected, but eventually my neck stabilized and I’ve been pain free for months!! Excellent quality and has retained shape and thickness since I bought it over 6 months ago. I have just ordered another one for my wife who has neck pain almost daily and hopefully it will help her too!!*** update - my wife has used her pillow for almost 2 weeks and absolutely loves this pillow as well!! Her neck isn’t long enough to reach the inner square but she said it feels like her head is floating and this is the first time in many, many years with 0 neck pain!! Very happy with this pillow***As a side note this pillow is not for a stomach sleeper and always lay in the center of the pillow, the sides are way to high and puts your neck in a very uncomfortable position

This pillow has been a life saver. I suffer from IH and have neck spurs and with this pillow it helps my neck not ache all day. I was skeptical at first but it works and the dip in the pillow helps with pressure so I highly recommend it for anyone with brain issues or neck issues.

I have had this pillow for about a month and use it EVERY night! I love that it has different thicknesses on each longer side of the pillow. This allows you to find the perfect fit! I have suffered from tension headaches, sleep apnea, and Chiari malformation. Since having surgery to relieve the symptoms from my Chiari malformation in 2015, I have purchased multiple pillows in an attempt to help relieve my neck pain. All the prior pillows failed to work until I bought this pillow! It was a bonus that it said it helps with sleep apnea too! My favorite is that you can sleep in your side or back AND still get the support needed. The pillow is priceless in my book if you suffer from any kind of neck tension! BEST PILLOW ON THE MARKET!

Too full and firm. I had a few family members try it and they all said it was too full. I wish I could get my money back but we used it.

This pillow is a joke. Looks like it was made our styrofoam. Hard like a rock. Returned it and ended up paying around $10 to send back. Do not purchase this plastic pillow. Waste of money.

I purchased this pillow for my father, so I haven’t actually used if, but he loves it! He has trouble finding a good pillow for his neck. I felt like this pillow might just be what he needs so I shipped it to him about 2 weeks ago. He is now encouraging me to purchase one for myself — which means he REALLY likes it because he could NEVER encourage me to my waste money. I plan to buy one soon!

It is a bit firmer than my older one(different brand) but used to it now. Very well made
