Artiba Eyebrow Pencil with Brush - 700 Black Charcoal

Received a broken pencil but can’t get a refund or replacement without sending the broken pencil back and it’s not worth the hassle. The crack is pretty long so I couldn’t even salvage it by sharpening. I’ll lose a little more than half the length if I break that part off.

I’ve been buying this brand of eyebrow pencils for years and have always loved them, but recently I’ve been receiving ones that crumble or break off every time I try to sharpen them. As you can imagine this renders them useless.

The crayon in this pencil is the perfect consistency for drawing brows. However, it breaks and breaks and breaks as you sharpen it. You wind up wasting most the pencil.

Is exactly the color i was expecting!!!
