Great bag ! It looks beautiful. I got some compliments from the customers who ordered food from Doordash. But I had a small issue with the zip. When I pull the zip to closed the bag, the zip came off of the bag. Then I contacted the seller, the team replied me just in that day, and sent me another bag immediately or a rufund which is I have to choose. Great customer service.

Comes in handy for fooddeliveries. I've been doing UberEATS for 3 months now and I can say this bag is amazing it keeps my customers food hot and cool till I delivered they're food to them, and who won't cold chicken or melted sundaes and ice cream delivered to them.

This bag is great, it keeps food warm and works great for DoorDash. But, the zipper gets stuck and has broken on both of the ones i have ordered

I got this bag because the one I got from door dash was starting to get gross but I didn’t want to pay door dash for another bag. I was hoping this would be an exact replica, but it’s not. It’s just way too stiff, the material is cheap. It’s hard to fold all the way down and It doesn’t sit upright properly unless there’s food in it . The quality is sorely lacking. I mean, it serves its purpose for the time being, but i doubt it will last long. I would not buy this hot bag again.
