very good natural quality
i use this vitamin D because it is all natural and has the needed fat in it to absorb well in your body. i was diagnosed with osteopenia and have to take D. the stuff they sell in stores does not have fat in it for absorption. i highly recommend it. my vitamin D level went up to 100 using it. i take 2-10,000IU a day. like the taste, dissolve quickly on your tongue. England studies shows our vitamin D level by blood should be between 200-300 not 30-100 as the united states says we need. vitamin D is essential for every function of your body, even your organs
