Let me begin by saying this grinder is terrific and I'm very pleased with the craftsmanship, quality, and functionality of the item.That said, the item was described as new, and I paid full price for a new product, but what was delivered to me was a used product. I have nothing against used products, but I don't appreciate being deceived and charged full price for it.The box and interior packaging was dirty and damaged. Someone just put new sticker seals over top of the old broken seals. The grinder itself was also dirty; it was covered in greasy smudge marks, the knurling was gunked up with filth, and there were leftover bits of whatever the previous owner ground up still inside. There was also some minor cosmetic damage where the anodized finish was scratched.As for the grinder itself, like I mentioned above, I think it's a great product. It grinds smoothly and is easy to use. I appreciate the craftsmanship and the versatility of the various configurations. I would definitely buy this product again, but I would buy it in store from a reputable retailer instead of a shady amazon reseller (UseFul was the reseller who fulfilled my order).

This looks like a nice product and I'm excited to give it as a gift, and it moves smoothly and seems durable. However, the box had clearly been opened and seen better days, and the piece itself had dust, smudges, and a few very light scratches on it. It was clean as new on the inside so clearly not exactly used, but the product may have been a floor/show model someplace. I'm disappointed as it's a gift and I thought I was buying a genuinely new product, but it will at least pass as new now that I've given it a good wipe-down with a microfiber cloth. Still a few small scuff marks but hopefully nothing my bf will notice, being a boy.

Is it legal to put a picture and not to specify that what you receive will be different than what is shown in the picture? Really disappointing to receive the product without the glass part.

I have been using this thing as my daily driver for some time now and this is what i have noticed.The unit is not portable... If you are a mobile grinder, get a more practical mobile option. Its too tall (The different segments use different sizes and cannot be temporarily removed to reduce size either)The grind size and distribution are better than good. A++ for their "fine" plate.The grinder plate and teeth, are not great for people that want to remove everything in between grinds to prevent build ups. But the fine plate, is very guilty of accumulation and cleaning each tiny hole individually is a pain.For the actual grinding you ask? Terrible... Less smooth than all top end options I have used. And at a top end price too.Verdict: It does the job, it does it well, and it will continue to do it well for a long time, but at this price point I probably recommend a space case for most users instead.

I just ordered this as a gift for my Brother-in-law. Was super excited to give it to him. When I did, I noticed that it was missing the glass storage section as included in the picture. I ordered the Matte Black version. Other than that it seems to be great quality. I am going to contact Kannastor to see about getting a replacement part. Amazon offered to send out a replacement but I was concerned that I would receive the same item again

Best grinder I've ever used! Feels like a precision camera lens. Threads are fine but do not stick. Turnable cutter does not resin up. I've been using it for 2 months now without having to take it apart and clean it. It comes with two cutters, fine and medium. I use the fine cutter for my PAX 3 and the medium cutter for rolling. The medium cutter would probably be good enough for your PAX 3 as well.I do not use isopropyl alcohol for cleaning grinders, instead I use grain alcohol. I soak the parts in a small mason jar and douche them off with clean grain alcohol. I use a Pixiss Scratch Brush Set, available at Amazon, for fine cleaning. After the jar is full I let the alcohol evaporate, scrape up the resin and smoke it!As for kief accumulated below the screen, it depends on what you're grinding. Store bought usually has a lower moisture content than homegrown. Homegrown is usually dried to a low 60% moisture whereas store bought is always dried in the 50s. The drier product will be easier to slough off trichomes that fall through your screen, whereas the homegrown is going to be stickier and the trichomes will not want to go through the screen. Either way you're going to smoke it all.After reading the reviews stating that the finished product container was too small, ie: the part under the grinding head, I made sure I bought the one with the see-through part. I don't know how much of a difference there is between the one with the window and the one without, but this one is plenty big.Again, the best grinder I've used & I've been smoking for over 50 years. We didn't used to have grinders like this. Used to be you didn't even need to clean your smoke at one time. And then there was the period of seeds and sticks in your product and that's when you got out your Marygin. I'm sure some of you remember the good old Marygin. Those days are long gone; that was before everything was buds. And even though the potency is higher today, there's nothing that compares to the good old Panama Red or Acapulco Gold.But then again, I'm just a FOG & what do I know?

Looks used, box scratched ,paper inside of box was messed up, and the top and bottom of the grinder has scratches on it

I purchased this from seller Murphy's General Stores. They shipped me the item I ordered and it was un-opened/unused.If you are buying this for your "medicine", I would not recommend it. When I opened it, it was extremely dirty/dusty and upon further inspection, the paint was already chipping off on some of the threads. I foresee this getting worse over time and the pieces of paint and metal mixing with my medicine.The magnet is weak.Great design and concept but they skimped on the manufacturing and outsourced to China. I am returning it and going with the Space Case.

If you're after a grinder with a slightly more "grown up" aesthetic, look no further. This is by far the best I've owned, and that's saying something.Build quality is excellent. It's nice and heavy in the hand and feels like it will withstand some punishment. The magnet separating the top and bottom half is strong - no spillages yet. This is particularly important as the grinder is taller than its traditional counterparts and could be prone to being knocked over.You can choose between coarse and find grinds with interchangeable screens, and it's convenient to be able to turn it upside down to get an even finer grind for vaping.Underrated feature: the kief catcher at the bottom has curved walls. As such it's easier to scrape out with no powder getting stuck around the edges, unlike a traditional straight-walled grinder.

I bought this grinder after reading positive reviews. However, it seems that Kannastor do not have adequate quality control measures in place as the one I received is quite visibly dented. You would expect much better when spending £65 on a grinder. I will update my review after seeing how the exchange/refund process goes.

This is the first grinder I have ever bought (always used free plastics until now) so I can't compare to any others but this is of very nice quality. The odd scuff mark which shouldn't be there imo, and required a good clean straight out of the box. I am convinced mine was brand new though.

Broke on first use - kind quality very poor - disappointing for high price
