Why did you pick this product vs others?: These work very well, had never used bitters, so just took a chance and was very pleased. They worked better than Iberogast for me.

Dang this stuff is powerful! I recommend starting small- maybe like 1/4 to 1/3 dropperful in at least 8 oz of water before meals and assess before increasing. I could feel my digestion kicking up right away!! When I did a higher dose and not in water, everything seemed to be a little too active in my tummy and I had some wild burps which I never do. Also a tiny bit of a heartburn sensation which is abnormal for me. BUT happy to report I think it helps a lot with my slow motility/bad digestion/ constipation. Also the bottle is huge so a great value considering I’m only using a small amount with each meal

I ordered this for my mom when she was having indigestion and bloating. I wanted to avoid allopathic medicines - so opted for this natural solution. It took a few days to take effect but worked! The taste can be improved though!

I use this in combination with another supplement and my tummy doesn’t bloat as much anymore! Love it

If you’re experiencing digestive issues this is the product you need. It was suggested by a friend and I was very grateful. Two weeks after taking this product I felt all my symptoms disappear. A little goes a long way too. Doesn’t taste the best but it works.

Taste? Disgusting. Effectiveness? 10/10. I highly suggest doing a little shot glass of water and chasing it with orange juice. This really does help with bloating and digestion. I’ve had digestion issues for 10+ years and have gone through surgeries and still struggle. Taking this has created more normalcy and less bloating / stomach pain.

I was mixing my own tinctures to make a bitters for digestion. But the tinctures are hard to find without shopping all over the place. This blend is a bit different than I was mixing but it seems to work just as well, although it does have quite the bite to it.

I used to struggle with bad reflux and a heavy, uncomfortable feeling like food was just sitting in my stomach. It got so bad that I was taking Gravol almost every day just to cope. My doctors put me on antacids (PPIs), thinking I had too much stomach acid — but it turned out the opposite was true. I actually didn’t have enough acid, which was causing all of those symptoms and making it way worse. Since starting these bitters, my digestion has improved dramatically. I began with a very low dose to make sure my body tolerated it, then slowly worked my way up to the recommended amount. I still can’t believe how much relief they’ve brought me — it’s been a total game-changer for my gut health.

This gave me back my quality of life. I am still in the process of healing a gut problem and working with my naturopath on it. I couldn’t eat anything without feeling extremely sick, but after 3 days taking it, I can finally eat without feeling awful! I am so happy.
