Our Thousand-Layer Cake is Euforia's signature gourmet dessert! Using our family recipe for Lapis Legit, a traditional Indonesian dessert, each cake is hand made with only natural ingredients. Impossibly thin, delicate layers of richly flavored cake are carefully stacked and baked creating an amazing dessert that will turn any event into a special occasion. While our traditional Spice is our most popular flavor, the Thousand-Layer Cake is also available in Vanilla and Lemon! This cake contains no flour and is naturally gluten-free. Ingredients: eggs, butter, sugar, milk, fragrant spices/vanilla/lemon, salt, and citric acid (for lemon flavor only). Cakes can be shipped and stored at room temperature up to three weeks. They will also maintain freshness up to three months when refrigerated or up to a year when frozen.
