Access 44179 Lorado Low Pro Tonneau on '13 Ram 1500
Having had this exact same tonneau on a previous truck I owned, it was a no-brainer when I purchased my Ram and was ready to cover the bed. There have actually been a few minor tweaks and upgrades to this from Access from the one I purchased back in 2007. In my mind, this is one of the best looking and most functional soft, roll-up tonneaus out there.Pros:-Low profile. This is one of the best looking on the market in my opinion. There are some that are slightly lower, but this one is low enough but still provides enough velcro real estate to give peace of mind.-The crank system that allows you to loosen or tighten the cover with regards to the weather or what have you is always one of my first talking points when discussing the benefits of this model. No loose, flapping cover when travelling at highway speeds or a cover that looks so tight that it is going to burst or not allow for full lock of the velcro. They have "upgraded" these now with indicators to tell whether you are about to loosen or tighten the cover. It used to be that you would have to turn the cranks, close the cover to test, open the cover to adjust if needed, rinse and repeat. This is a welcomed addition if only so slight.-The "auto-lock" system on this is great if you have a locking tailgate keeping the stuff in the bed hidden and secured from all but the most determined thieves. They have also upgraded this system to have a central handle for unlocking the unit. You used to have to use small straps on either side of the bed, but now it's a one-handed deal. Very good upgrade.Cons:-If I had one major complaint about this system is how difficult this thing can be to install. I am not averse to turning wrenches nor am I mechanically deficient, but the clamps on this thing have resulted in a few busted knuckles needlessly on both units I’ve installed. This is not a deal breaker but it can make you question your purchase. This time around I had one clamp on either side that regardless of how I went about it just did not want to have the “teeth” retained in the grooves where they are intended to be mounted resulting in having to remove and re-install them. The result for both were grooves in the original intended install locations (you choose where they go) to become chewed up and having to install them at less than what torque I’d like to have them.-This is of course a new install, but on my last model I did have one of the retaining clips against the front of the bed become weathered after a few years and crack and break. Of my own admission though, Access does have a lifetime warranty, but I never bothered to look in to it. I’m sure due to the design that they’d have honored it somehow.Overall, disadvantages aside, I’d still recommend this unit to anyone looking for a unit of its type. They have changed the design on the fabric slightly from what I remember and I cannot say one way or the other if it is a plus or negative. It is a great cover and also purchased and installed the Extang 1140 MaxSeal Tailgate Seal, at the same time, I have no leaks or moisture in my truck bed even with the rain we get up in WA.

A little too wide
This barely fits my 2017 RAM 1500 Quad cab with a 6'4" bed with the Rugged Liner bed liner. This is my second Access cover and love it. The first one lasted years and always looked really good. The width was an issue due to the bed liner but it still fits. I had to trim down one of the cross members about 1/4 inch as it was too wide. And I need to slightly push up on the side rails to get the rear bar to lock into place. I adjusted the clamps, again, all the way up to account for this but it didn't help. The entire width needs to be about 1/4-1/2 inch smaller to account for the bed liner. Also, the installation clamps were very difficult to work with and I spent a lot of time adjusting them. They kept slipping off when I tried to tighten them. I still highly recommend this cover.

Access 44179 Lorado Tonneau
The Access 44179 Lorado Tonneau appears to be very durable and was fairly easy to install. it would have been easier if the included clamps were the hinge variety included with other brand tonneau's and not the variety with 2 "C" shaped pieces of metal that just loosely overlap I have used this style in the past and they always seemed loose. I will probably replace them with aftermarket clamps of the hinge variety that said after all the installation was very easy and it looks very good.

Tonneau cover is excellent, fits like a glove
Tonneau cover is excellent, fits like a glove. Perfect fit, exactly as described. The enclosed directions were a bit sketchy, but YouTube has a couple excellent videos that I watched before installing, they really helped. Install process was easy, took less than an hour. Would have been less, but had to adjust the clamps a couple of times to get the right fit. Very pleased with quality.Just wanted to add that I purchased this for 2013 Quad Cab Ram 1500 with a 6'4" bed.

Fits like a glove!
Perfect for our truck and easy to roll up and flatten out. I like the adjustability it has and allows us to lock things in the bed of the truck when not needed.

Great product, Great looks
Previously had a very expensive roll-up metal cover. It broke after 4 years. In researching new types of covers, the Lorado Low-profile Roll-up looked easy to install, had good material warranties, was simple to operate, and has super clean lines. It is easy to open and close, and I am very satisfied with the value and quality of the purchase.

Great cover at a good price
This is the second Access roll up cover I have owned, first one was for a 2007 Ford F150 this one is for a 2011 Dodge Ram 1500. Both have exceptional fit and the quality is really good too. So far there hasn't been any problems of any kind and the do it yourself installation process is pretty simple. If you're looking for a roll up cover try checking out the Access line, you wont be dissappointed.

Access 44179 Lorado Tonneau Cover
This cover installs easily. One person install. I put this thing on a 2013 Ram 6.4 box in about 2 hrs., but I'm sure with a helper it would take less than an hour. Looks great on truck and operates flawlessly.
