I purchased a MICCA but realized later that it does not decode H.265 files so certain MKV files (which are many in my movie and TV selection) do not play. This baby DOES decode H.265 files so I took a chance on spending twice the money on this baby despite the lack of reviews. Glad I did. Does exactly what I need. Reads 2 tb external hard drives and reads ALL of my files.Despite what a previous review states, I think the interface looks pretty snazzy. Compared to the interface of the MICCA media player, this thing is like comparing a Cadillac to a Honda civic in my opinion. The other review said "None" of the apps respond to the remote, but the only one that doesn't work for me is the Google Play app, which, woopdie doo, Im only using this thing to watch tv and movie files from my hard drives. I am most likely going to buy another one just have one extra in case this one dies at some point.Great purchase. Really digging this thing.

First, most of the 5 star reviews are fake. It's obvious, and a big problem with a lot of amazon listings. This "TV BOX" is the same as many other boxes sold under different monikers in Amazon. In summary - they are are the same thing essentially - 2nd rate Chinese made products.The interface is generic, nothing special - but functional. The main problem lies with the remote - very poor response, and sometimes I cannot even turn off the unit even after pressing the button multiple times.The main issue is that I was unable to play H.265 files. I play off a shared SMB drive and NAS drive - never an issue with other players. H.264 plays fine. H .265 has video but it shows maybe 1 out of 10 frames. It's off a wired gigabit ethernet.I have another media player (KDLinks) that is able to play the files perfectly. Maybe this box is missing certain codecs? Not sure - but with no support, no documentation provided it's not worth spending time on it.

Not a bad media player but if your looking to use an external hard drive their are problems with this box. Cant power up or down with harddrive connected. Pain to go and plug/unplug everything just to turn on or off. One usb port upside down from other? Not showing usb 3.0 at both ports either. Maybe i got a lemon. Will reevaluate my rating if i hear back from company.

Miniature, nice View. Fast processor. Good menu Conveniently View HD Video. Very pleased With it. Good all round box thes, and run media very well. would recommend.

I like the fact that's its lightweight and it has all your apps that you would play on your phone/tablet in the Google play store

Overall I love this product. The remote control was less that to be desired, it is either slow or faulty

This product sucks. First on my TV it displays like a tablet.Second the remote sucks and the buttons are hardThird you have to constantly switch back and forth from mouse to keyboard.Fourth impossible to scroll up or downFifth have to buy your own HDMI cableAnd sixth about a week before the 30 day time to return it starts shutting down. Right in the middle of a movie or show. Just shuts right off. I don’t use it everyday and now I’m 5 days late from the return and stuck with a waste.Oh yea no paperwork nothing where I can even send it in for repair so that the random shut off problem can be fixed. DONT BUY THIS BOX
