Celestial Sleepytime Tea is a tea I use nightly and love it!
First of alk I love the aroma, it's soothing and pleasant to the senses! The chamomile in it is relaxing and within a 1/2 hour I feel drowsy. I am quite happy with this tea and would definitely recommend it for someone who needs a little extra to fall asleep without other aids.

I was told many years ago that drinking Green Tea with Saigon cinnamon could eliminate diabetes; I started with Sleepy Time Green Tea I no longer have diabetes I have every night for over 5 years
