So I have purchased a total of 3 of these mats. The first 2 were 24x18 and I actually bought them to use as litter mats. I have a cat that accidentally hangs her backside over the edge of the box sometimes and pees on the floor. It was ruining the floor so I needed a waterproof mat with a lip on it that was also big enough since I have 3 litter boxes of varying sizes side by side. They were easy to unroll from the packaging and they’re lightweight enough to pick up and clean. The surface is smooth so not “sticky” like some rubbers can be. I bought a smaller one for the dog water bowl a day later and the color was exactly the shade of blue I was expecting (not something that always is true when ordering online). 10/10 recommend!

I ordered the small square one a few months ago. It's perfect for under the pup's water bowl. Then I ordered another for under the food bowl or for spreading out the kibble and treats as she sometimes likes a food tray instead of a bowl. It is heavy enough that she doesn't move it around when eating from the mat or drinking from her bowl, durable enough to last, and the rim is just tall enough to keep food in place but not hinder access to any bowl placed on the mat. It is easy to clean or wipe off. The pup is a 94 lb. Rottie and this mat is perfect for feeding or protecting the area when she slurps from a bowl.

I've always had a place mat for the dog's food and water dishes. And they were basically useless when one of us walked by and kicked the water bowl as we did often. (We have problems.) When the water spilled, it immediately went to the edges of the mat and underneath. Not only did I have to wipe up the water on the mat, I had to lift it up and dry underneath it as well. It was super annoying.I came across this mat and had my doubts. But I liked that it was non-slide and I liked the lip.When it came it was rolled up and at first seemed the edges would not go back to normal. I almost returned it then and there. But I decided to give it a chance. I washed it with warm water and dried it, then set it on the floor. Very soon it had regained its good shape.The bowls don't slide as much and when they do the lip stops them from going across the floor. (Note: Our dog is about 17 lbs so that would probably not be true of a larger breed.) The mat doesn't slide around at all. And nothing makes it over the sides. Our dog isn't a messy drinker, it's the water kickers who cause all the problems here.An interesting and unexpected effect is that we actually avoid that area now *because* of the lip. I think our brains registered the other mat as flat and something okay to step on. And I think this is registered as a "fenced" area off-limits to feet. We haven't kicked the water bowl since we got this. It has solved so many problems.Would totally recommend and totally buy again.

Somehow, my dog seems to fling food and water several inches from his bowl. This 32x24 light gray mat has saved my pergo floor from water damage and food. It has a one inch lip which helps keep water from flowing off of the mat when I refill the water dispenser. It's easy to take outside to wash. Only issue is the material seems to stain from water and food. But I don't care. It works and keeps the floor as clean as one can with a Golden. Maybe get a darker color if the staining is a concern.

My dog is a little sloppy with her kibble and I was unable to get the previous mat clean any more when kibble + water = mess. So I purchased this soft mat which was the perfect size for the dog bowl stand I use so my pup is more comfortable when she eats. Although flexible it seems sturdy and hopefully it will be easy to clean.

The size on the box is 31.5 x 23.6 x 1, which was even better for my off-size under the sink cabinet than the listed 32 x 24. The silicone is thick and matte, not thin and shiny, and the edge could've bent underneath my two low pipes on one side, except that wasn't needed after all.The edge stands up well by itself even though of course silicone is very flexible.And I love that this is the only pet mat I found that is smooth (no anti-slip texture for pet bowls).I haven't had it long enough to judge durability and how easy to clean, but it seems both will be good. And - bonus - it comes rolled, not folded, so no creases.And the color "Mist" is not too dark and looks good with the white insides of the cabinet, stainless sink, etc.I wish I'd thought to look for a pet mat like this for under my sink and found this one years ago!

I had purchased the oval style as a food and water dish mat for my cat. It worked so well that I bought a couple more rectangular ones to use in the deep window sills at my office as plant mats. Works great! No smell; pliable; nice high lip contains water spills; wipes clean easily.

I used it to sit my humidifier on….wanted it to match my decor and not stand out too much. And I wanted a lip on it in case of a water leak. Works wonderfully. Really nice mat!

Bought this mat to catch the water as my Labrador likes to slurp his water from the far side of his bowl.. flicking it over the edge! I put a piece of kitchen towel under the bowl and works a treat… no water underneath the mat so nice dry floor at last😃

Keeps the spills in (mainly) & my dog doesn’t have to chase her bowl around the floor any more. So easy to clean and looks good too.

We bought this to put under the Costco size pee pads that we use for our mimi golden doodle. She tends to always pee on the edge of the pee pad therefore having pee run all over the ground. This has worked amazing for that reason. It doesn’t let the pee spill out and contains it all in the mat. This has been life changing for us. No more pee spills to clean!

I got 2 of these as the younger cat likes tipping the water bowl over now & then. After only 5 days I came home to find he had tipped the bowl & about 1/2 of the water was spilled. The high lip kept the majority of the water on the mat with only a couple drops on the floor. Awesome! Saves me from having to dry both the mat and the floor. Haven't had to clean it yet but it dried up very quickly. Not sure about durability but so far, so good. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

This mat works as it should but the material it is made from is silicone and this attracts Pet hair like a magnet. My mats won’t last a day without looking like a mess. I have one dog and one cat in the house. The hair sticks to the mat and then mixes with the water from the oversplash to create clumps.
