Wicked Violin Play-Along Pack Book/Online Audio (Instrumental Folio)

If you love wicked and play the violin this is the book for you!

My only complaint is the cd isn't high quality music. I thought my daughter would have an orchestra backing her up, but the cd accompaniment sounds like a cheap electric keyboard.

I got this for my 8 year old brother, he loves it

This product is really great for students who love the music and are trying to play Broadway hits for the first time. I was really hoping that it would be a bit more technical and accurate to the original scores from the songs from 'Wicked', but alas it is not.The CD included was of a disappointing quality for a more advanced violinist, as it sounded like it was recorded from a Casio keyboard from the '80s.All in all, I enjoy having music from the show, but it's just not what I expected.

The songs on the CD are mislabeled, which leads me to believe that it may be a bootleg copy of the disc. This disturbs me greatly. I am reporting it to Hal Leonard for their confirmation. Not sure if it's the entire run, or if we're just super duper special. Music on the CD is easy to follow, and the sheet music is clearly written and not cluttered. Perfect for a novice musician.

This is great - But it actually comes with a CD as well.My teenager has some modern music to play - keeping them interested.The only thing I was unable to find out is whether it had tunes suitable for the grade level my child is at - it's mixed but for grade 3 working to grade 4 there are suitable pieces, as well as some more difficult ones.
