Do you make different formulations of Monkey Butter at different times of year? I ordered two jars, mine were banana, pineapple, coconut-- not mango.

I personally think it's a typo because it does say pineapple, banana and mango in the title, but down in the manufacturers pictures where they describe Monkey Butter it says banana, pineapple and coconut. Just my 2 cents

How long will it last in the refrigerator?

Don’t know. Mine is already gone. Experience with fruit butters gives me grounds to guess probably a month before the edges dry out. I’ve never had it mold.

What spices are used?

I didn't actually look at that. I will say it's really very good. I've reordered. Maybe check the description?

It's in a glass jar. I wouldn't put it in an oven, or microwave.
