Modway Origin Contemporary Mid-Century Modern 6-Drawer Bedroom Dresser in Natural Gray

I am writing this review after finalization of my assembly. The dresser is a superb value for the money! I did have a few issues with missing hardware (it was sent out timely) and a damaged drawer front but am in the process of working that out. The length of time it took to assemble was about 3 hours which wasn't all that bad. The quality of the wood is exceptional, it resembles a Formica countertop, is fairly sturdy, wont stain and isn't very heavy or hard to move. I also like that it does not sit right only my floor as I just got new carpet and was searching for a dresser with legs so it would not smash my carpet. The design of the legs is superb as it is not just some cheap legs you screw on. Overall, it is definitely worth the money by a longshot as I recently spent 800 bucks for a different dresser, and it was complete garbage and I had to return it which was not easy. I am so happy I found this dresser on Amazon and the price point is most reasonable. The length is perfect, height is perfect, but I do wish the drawers were just a tad deeper. I would definitely recommend this dresser and anything from this manufacturer for that matter. The piece is beautiful, and my neighbor thought I paid well over $1,000 for it! I anticipate getting many compliments on it over the years :). Again, you can't go wrong with this item or manufacturer!

Every 6 months, I purchase a condo and furnish it to use as a rental. I've purchased thousands of dollars in furniture on Amazon. This product is by far the best piece of furniture that I have purchased on Amazon.1. Quality engineering. All the holes are drilled perfectly, all the nuts bolts and pegs are properly marked and organized, and the pieces fit well together.2. Product quality: this attractive unit is exceptionally sturdy and attractive.3. Assembly: I assembled the nightstand and the dresser. The instructions are easy to understand and follow and given the high quality of engineering everything comes together. There are hundreds of little parts and pieces that go into the unit but they are so well organized and laid out, it's almost meditative to assemble.I love everything about this product including the company that shipped it to me. The shipper was FedEx and would prevent me from ordering this product again. FedEx shipping is cumbersome, awkward, and too 1980's in their service profile. I will not reduce the number of stars for this product and vendor based upon FedEx's inability to properly ship. I do recommend however that the vendor provide the customer with a choice of shippers. UPS or Amazon delivery are my only choices.

This dresser is great value for the money. It’s kind of cheap feeling, not super heavy but that was to be expected for a couple hundred dollars. My boyfriend put it together within two hours, he said it was just annoying because it has so many pieces but it’s definitely do-able and easy if you’re a man that knows how to do anything handy. Super happy with the dresser!

I have been searching to replace two Victorian chest of drawers and found this Modway dresser!! It is perfect for our beach-themed bedroom and modern home we now have…was worth the wait!! There is a Proposition 65 Warning from California on it probably because of the wood, but as someone once told me, just don’t lick the piece of furniture and you will be ok! Hope they are right! Know that there are two large boxes that the dresser comes in…I received one box the first time around and Amazon reordered the whole dresser for me the second time around…no extra charge! I appreciated their customer service..truly exceptional! Get this dresser…you won’t be disappointed: deep drawers, pretty wood inside and out, etc….!!

The dresser is nice and not that hard to assemble. However, if you buy anything from Modway through Amazon, your only option in case something arrived broken or there is a missing part, is to return the entire item. Modway will not help and will flat out tell you, you need to contact Amazon, and Amazon of course doesn’t have replacement parts or missing hardware. PleaseBe aware of this when ordering products of this vendor, through Amazon. I have ordered many items shipped from Amazon from other vendors and they will always send replacements for missing or broken parts, this is a shame.

Pain in the ass to assemble. Works well enough but obviously poor material was used to build. I think the nightstand is pretty manageable but I'm thinking the dresser is going to be a bit too wobbly / weak. However it's cheap and looks very nice so if it's an adult home with little wear and tear it should be alright. Just know it's mostly particle board and the bottom of the drawers are very thin plywood slats.

Now that I have the dresser assembled properly I really do love the aesthetic. I’m giving the rating a 4 because the installation was extremely difficult.It Feels more like a puzzle guide instead of clear instructions. Make sure to install the rails correctly!! I had tried to order the assembly service originally but there were “no installers available”. I recommend getting an installer if you can.Also this shipment came in 2 separate boxes 3 days apart from one another, this had me nervous. Glad it all worked out!

Le rendu est conforme à mon attente.Le montage est très bien prévu : ce n'est pas non plus un exploit mais je l'ai montée seule sans difficulté et sans prise de tête grâce à une notice bien faite un des éléments biens prévus (par exemple les vis sont pré triées dans des sacs numérotés). Bref, je suis ravie !

Nosotros compramos las dos mesitas para la habitación de matrimonio. Son muy bonitas, están muy bien terminadas y quedan muy bien. Fíjate bien en las medidas para que te queden perfectas. La explicación del montaje, así como el embalaje son muy buenos. Hora y media para montar la primera, una hora con la segunda

Quedan muy bien..y después de unas semanas de uso...estamos encantados

La mesita tiene un diseño muy bonito y cuidado, pero el vinilo que le da el efecto de madera es muy justo de calidad.

Stile contemporaneo, anche carino però molto poco robusto.. legno di dubbia qualità e difficoltà nel montaggio..
