Sturdy and well made.
This access cover sturdy and well made. Frame corners are welded and not flimsy. Easy to install and easy to open.

Plan ahead if you want good results,
The door was put in while it was open. The weight of the door bent the frame and I had to unbend it. It needs to be put in closed. From the back. Results were good in the end. Keep it closed until it’s installed…

Works very nicely
Came in excellent packaging which was great as a comparable product I had ordered didn't and arrived damaged.Fairly heavy, 2 person install if ceiling, and note mine came with multiple screwdriver latches (4 total). Probably for the best to hold securely shut as I performed a ceiling install - just wanted to make sure other buyers are aware.The insert itself is right at 24.25" square. I installed to a 25" opening with a small shim on two sides. The overhang is about 1"The 4 stars vs 5 is that it wasn't identical to product image, and also one of the latches was stuck and needed to be bent to function accordingly.
