It’s a covered area so will be protected from the elements. Beautiful colors. Backing is smooth and slick so it might slip around if not careful when stepping on it. It’s flammable though so that’s the greater concern. Don’t see this noted in the details so buyer beware.

This is a really cute mat, and it's durable. Unfortunately, our annoying neighbors have a dog that looks like a rat with hair, and he loves this mat. I caught him lying on his back wiggling around on it. It does attract everything in the hallway--dust, hair, etc. I've had it for a month or two and it still looks good--after I vacuum it.

The red color is so nice, it definitely stands out amongst the others in my apartment building!
