The overall size is appropriate, that is, the strap is a lot shorter, I hope the manufacturers to improve in this regard, at the same time thank you for your understanding and help.

It's kind of 6 of one 1/2 dozen of the other. It really helps my back. That said it rubs so hard against my neck and arms that it hurts. More the neck than arms. Sigh.

Should have read the reviews. No matter what I try, this thing literally tears into my armpits. The pads are so big and bulky, I cannot put my arms down and they pop out everywhere. Tried to shorten them. Figured because I am a petite size woman, the pads just might be too big. This did not work either. Ordered a small and the waist fit perfectly but as a previous reviewer said, the straps are too short and actually too wide. They actually fold under my arms. Don't recommend!

Runs a little small but works well

I am a very small woman (4'11 115lbs) and this product did not fit me at all. I have scoliosis and I ordered this as a everyday back brace but I cant even get it on, it wont wrap around my body so that the Velcro lines up right. I gave it 2 stars because it is made of good quality, but I wish there would have been some kind of accurate scale so that I could have gotten something that I could wear.

I needed to return it & order a Medium as the Small was too tight atid section.The larger size works fine.

Wonderfull, back pain olmost disappear. I will recommend

I bought this for my 14 year old daughter. The sizing chart only takes into consideration the waist size. Based off of that, I ordered a small. She is 5'3" and about 90 pounds. The strap that goes around the torso was too loose but manageable. The straps that go over the shoulder and wrap around the rib cage were entirely too small. I had to pull it so tight, it looked like a medieval torture device. Needless to say, it didn't go over well with my daughter. I didn't find it to be very effective; there was no significant improvement in her shoulder posture. As tight as that thing was, I really expected it to have a bigger impact on how she carries her shoulders. I'm returning this after only 15 minutes of wear.

It’s far too small and too tight and you cannot return it which I think is absolutely disgusting. I would’ve had a larger size if I could’ve returned it but there’s no returns on it which as for a company like Amazon is ridiculous.

This product has obviously been very carefully designed, but it is essential to purchase the correct size! Being a usual size 8-10 female, I went for the small. Will be ordering again in medium (true to measuring, see size guide), as I found the small just too tight under arms. Had cracked/broken ribs result of fall and have Kyphosis anyway, so was in agony. Certainly helps keep my posture more upright. However, do not kid yourself that you’ll feel instant relief - it hurts/aches, but you do feel that the support is helping!

Hurts your stomach to wear for any length of time and amazon won't allow you to return it. Buyer BEWARE!!

This product was too small even though measurements were as recommended. Couldn’t return even though had been tried on over tee shirt.

Medical Grade Posture correction/clavicle Brace Small is blocking the blood flow in my arms when i put it on. So i don't put it on as much as I would like to. Otherwise it helps holding yourself better and would probably help with the posture over time.
