Ultracure with its BBA Certificate is one of the leading products on the market for the control of rising damp. Ultracure is a Sliane based cream that can be used in all types of masonry without the use of high pressure equipment. The cream is delivered by hand pressure only from a simple displacement pump and injector lance into a series of holes drilled into the mortar course. From here the low molecular weight Silane effectively migrates into the masonry pores and fully passivates across the mortar joint as the cream reverts to a liquid phase. Upon curing a hydrophobic chemical damp proof barrier is formed in-situ. Curing of the DPC starts immediately with the final cure taking 2-6 weeks depending upon wall thickness. Extensive field experience with this technology demonstrates that Ultracure will perform as well as any conventional liquid injection system against rising damp.

Great stuff.
It penetrates mortar and absorbent bricks. I've found 60mm spacing of holes in older walls guarantees full protection.

You can't use it as mayo in a sandwich
I found it excellent for application - so good in fact, I just ordered another 6 tubes! The supplied applicator isn't much use, but thats the same no matter whose dp cream you use......

Does the job
The creams seem to work well .The tubes don’t go far on 9” brickwork

Very Poor Product
This product very messy to use and after drilling the holes and inserting the cream most of it came back out even though I drilled holes 200mm deep into the wall. Also there was only 1 modified nozzle glued together by an infant in the playground it only lasted for eight holes and broke off absolutely pathetic.I believe I have wasted £46 here buying this.I would recommend the other product where you drill the holes and insert the solid damp proof pegs into the wall and not the cream system. Very Poor product description terrible and waste of money.Do not buy it !Review on 23.4.20 I have found out since that you need to buy plastic plugs at £7.50 to stop the cream coming out of the drill holes after insertion of the cream. so the original advertisement does not make this clear that these are required. This must be an issue with the Claims Description Act.I am now trying to claim claim of a refund for £46/£47
