Prompt delivery of Makita Japan saw blades.Recommend these blades…long lasting…I inherited the saw over 25 years ago and the original blade now has 5 Backups.

This blade has only one application, as far as I know, since the only machine it's designed for is Makita's cordless reciprocating saw. But it works great, allowing you to take the saw anywhere the job may require, and quickly cut through just about any metal, as long as you can get the saw into position correctly, and keep the base of the blade tight to the material. That's true with most reciprocating saws, of course, and lax attention to that rule is what finally snapped off my 15 year old blade at both the tip and the base at once, prompting my order of this 5-pack, which will probably last longer than me.The portability of this cutting power is much used and appreciated at my house.

These blades worked just like the original.

Excellent, cuts with thin and smooth kerf. Makita should have marketed, the now discontinued tool, differently because it can go where others do not.

Goes through hot butter. Like it.

Work great! I use these for work cutting plastic pipe all day long. The blades are not great for cutting metal any larger than nails.
