2 INCH IRON PIPE = NO PROBLEM
Bought this blade to cut through a 2" iron drain pipe. I had previously used a bosch blade for thick metal and the pipe destroyed that blade. The freud blade ate through that iron pipe with ease. The blade still appears to be in excellent condition and I should have many more uses out of it.

EXCELLENT TOOL
It sliced through that hardiebacker board like a knife through bread...... Excellent tool to have. If you are using any cemented or concrete drywall, this is your tool .

Smooth cutting on fiber cement
I needed to make a cutout for an attic fan from inside through fiber cement siding. I used a tile hole saw in two corners then this blade. Worked great! Smooth, steady cutting and no breakage of the siding. Blade looks like new except for wearing off the paint.

Don't last
I got these to cut some paver bricks since they say it's for masonry. I used a grinder to make most of the cut but had to cut out the remaining 1/2" or so since it could not do the full depth. The first once I tried to do worked perfectly, it cut fast and cleanly. The second cut I attempted was so poor that it basically just generated heat. All of the carbide on the edge of the blade was worn away. I only made less then 4 inches of cut and the blade was trashed. Such a waste of money. Do not use for masonry. Maybe it works better on cast iron, but I have no use for that.
