Amazingly, it works!
I have hummed and hawed about buying a shower head like this for the best part of a year and have struggled to believe the claims. Our water pressure in the shower isn't the best so took the plunge (sic!) and can honestly say it has made a massive difference. It hasn't turned it into a proper power shower but the spray seems twice as powerful as before. I now feel much more refreshed and clean after showering in the morning. Black magic! Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic value, lots of benefits.
Very easy to install, when you first install it you will see timescale coming from your shower, but you can just open it and rinse it out. After the first week that settled down and there is not so much timescale from the shower. The filtered water does feel better and I'm sure I'm using less shower gel, shampoo etc. The pressure is also much stronger when using this shower head. Well worth every penny, extremely good value.

A cheat
If you are looking for a light normal shower, it is fine, but if you want to use it with what the seller claims to be a 'filter' or 'pp cotton' [!!] then you will have a huge disappointment. When I received it, it had no instructions. You may think that an instruction manual is not necessary for such a simple item, but for me, I was intrigued by the fact that the so-called 'filter' was nothing but a hollow tube. I wrote to the seller to explain to me why the tube had no filter, but it is now over three weeks with no reply to my concerns. I would not hesitate to call this a fraud....

Worth the small amount but don't expect miracles.
All in all pretty good. Initially I was unsure whether it would be a waste of money having looked at several and read reviews. I wanted it for the increased pressure. Once it first arrived I compared it to my old shower head and there is more power there and shoots the water higher as seen on the advert. However once in the shower the water is a lot finer and doesn't feel that much difference. At that price I'm quite happy and would get it again.
