Q: Does it taste strongly of coconut? Like is it similar to just cooking with coconut oil?

No, it does not taste like coconut. It taste like butter! I use it like butter, if I am baking I buy the sticks because I find they work better in baking cakes, cookies etc. I use it on pancakes, mashed potatoes vegetables. My “go to” for everything you would use real butter. Highly recommend.
