We love Aloha shoyu because it has the best flavor! It’s not too salty like kikkoman, but isn’t too sweet either.These gallons last our big family at least 4 months and is used for everything from marinade to dinner table “condiment”. I would recommend also ordering some ketchup squirty bottles to use for refilling and storing in the fridge. Makes for way easier clean up and mess free use!Best shoyu there is!

We are from Hawaii and grew up using Aloha Shoyu. Shoyu has a smoother flavor than Soy Sauce, and it has a broad use to flavor many foods from fruit, soup, eggs, rice, sauces. Shoyu is a local pantry staple that soy sauce cannot fill. We love it. Thank you for selling on Amazon to buy our favorite sauce on the mainland, otherwise I would have had to fly to Hawaii to get it.

This is the most authentic Japanese Shoyu (Soy Sauce). I use it all the time as a recipe ingredient or as a condiment.

We have been using this for years as it is not as strong as the regular soya sauces.
