Effective product despite some minor flaws
The media could not be loaded. Summary:Pros-accessories (and easy to change!)-great pressure-comparable cost-patio cleaner works great-gun rotates easily-lightweight (even with accessories)Cons-screw for patio cleaner are a weird size; could not find a screw driver that fit nicely and they strip easily-gun button has sharp edge (wear gloves- to help protect from vibration and also the edge)-storage for accessories isn't as convenient as seems-hose will continually twist (the pro is also a con)Review:I purchased this as a step above the electric power washers I'm used to and while my review does come with negatives/critiques I do recommend this product as an affordable mid-level washer.Setup was simple, the only hiccup I ran into was the two small screws used to hold the cover on the patio cleaner. They are an odd size and u tried several screw drivers with no luck finding a perfect fit. They strip easily so use caution! I loved the accessories that came with this machine at its price level. The storage unfortunately is not as convenient as it seems (the accessories don't all fit nicely along the side as intended). The pressure is great and it is quick to reach the needed level to function effectively. This was my first time using a spinning patio cleaner and I was wary about getting the circular lines some attachments provide however I'm happy to report it works great! You may have to go over places that haven't been cleaned in a while 2 or 3 times but overall it's a great attachment (we'll see how long it lasts being plastic with odd sized screws). The nozzle attachment is typical, allowing you to go from fan to precision. I was impressed that even the fan mode was strong enough in some cases to clean the cement. The nozzles are very easy to change out too while utilizing the machine thanks to its various segments and locks!I highly recommend wearing gloves for a few reasons. A nice set will help protect you against the constant vibrations (resulting in tingling touch for a bit) but more importantly the crevice the trigger goes into is sharp. This may simply be a defect on mine but I'm posting this just as a reminder to check yours!Unfortunately despite the pretty cord storage it still tangles a lot. I gave up straightening it out and realized the cause for the tangle is also in a feature that should have been great. The gun easily can be turned Independent of the hose to get angles you need however this can cause the hose to twist up so it's a constant struggle (but this is common for smaller machines so I'm used to it). I would have liked a kick stand or perhaps heavier base to help prevent tipping but know that it does tip rather easily.I have not utilized the soap dispenser feature yet, if I have anything to report I'll be certain to update but overall I recommend this washer over the cheaper 80-90 ones. Yes it will set you aside more however the attachments and strength make up for the price. If you're a perfectionist like me you'll find what used to take a few intermittent days using a standard nozzle (double wide driveway, sidewalks) can now be done in a few hours Thanks to the patio cleaner and great pressure.

OHMYGOSH, I love this.
We've been in the market for a good pressure washer for several years but everyone I knew who bought one had trouble with theirs in no time at all. One thing or another simple stopped working, got clogged up, had no pressure, etc. etc. I did my homework on The Force 2000 and on the company, liked not only what I saw from other customers but (and especially) what I saw from the owner who went above and beyond ever-single-customer-complaint to resolve said issue. So, I went for it. It arrived promptly and then sat in the garage for three months while we went through some medical foolishness. And then, finally, the day out of the box - what a fun afternoon! It's easy to set up, easy to use, easy to put away. Just a forewarning, it DOES tend to tip over. One reader said they just put it on its side to use but the instructions say don't so .... yeah, you decide. I think next time I'll brace it up and see if that helps. The hose caddy is a little awkward, can't wait to see what the next rendition looks like. And, yeah, some kind of storage bag for the bits and pieces might be useful, if, you know, the owner reads these comments. But I came up with my own storage bag for the bits and you can, too. My main interest is in how this works and, man, does it ever.

go with this one
if you are debating between electric and gas pressure washer, go with electric. and if you are debating which electric pressure washer, after long research, i bought this one. year later i still think i made the best decision. gas pressure have lots of maintenance, issue with storage space, and they lose power. my gas pressure washer with 3 times more power preforms much worse than the electric one after few years. now about this pressure washer. i purchased it little less than year ago and used it above average amount. last weekend alone, i have used it over 12 hours. its a solid, nice looking product, which i have not been easy on, and so far nothing has broken, which means the quality must be good. i was able to clean everything with it except portions which require some real power such as peeling off old pool paint, which you can still do if you focus on real small area at a time but i dont have that much patiance because i have Olympic size pool. if i could think of perfection in pressure washers, this pressure washer would be pretty close.however even better than pressure washer is the customer service. i gave my product to family member which was return without a piece,.this tells you how much this pressure was being used, not just by me, but also everyone around me.. after searching online i couldnt find the piece being sold anywhere so i contacted the customer service. shortly after, i received the missing piece without ever paying a penny. they paid for expedited shipping and everything. this kind of customer service is almost unheard of and speaks volumes. after so much usage, this product is still working like the first day. i would buy this pressure washer again and definitely recommend it to anyone who needs one.
