Crystals arrived as expected in a bag which needed to be opened carefully due to dust/fragments leaking from small holes created by the points on some of the crystals. Not a bad thing but since the bag is tightly wrapped in a shipping wrapper you should be aware. The crystals exactly what I expected and there was a variation of purple intensity although none of them are very real dark, the picture shows a pretty good representation of the crystals I received. The average size of the crystals is good, none of them are really big but I did not have any that were that small either (maybe 1 that was smaller than an inch). I would say the average size of the crystals I received was about 1.25 inches. The 3 lb bag I received contained approximately 50-60 crystals.

WOW! Beautiful rough amethyst crystals ranging in size from 1/2" to 2-1/2" (most are around 2"). I received 63 amethyst crystals in my package, yes I counted! There are a few (4-5) that are more clear with slight purple tinting. More than half are a deep purple others are a soft pretty purple and still others are a lovely combination of dark and lighter purple. These are rough crystals so they are not smooth or polished, but each is unique and feel good in the hand with some naturally smooth edges. The energy is pure & strong! Excellent product!!

Very fast shipping. Most of the pieces were around 1 inch. I only threw away 2 pieces that were almost all clear (I ordered the 3 lb box). Most pieces were a really dark rich purple. These are going to look perfect in my air plant terrariums.

Everything exceeded my expectations!!! I am using these as part of my weddings centerpieces and they are exactly what I wanted. They have a great purple color and the quality is top notch. The sizes vary a little bit but the majority of the stones are about the size of half a fist. Packed well and they came quick! Not only that, but they threw in a free rose quartz with a friendly note as a bonus! So that was a wonderful surprise on top of everything else. I am so happy I bought these and how well the whole experience went. I would definitely recommend and would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Unlike other reviewers, I didn't have any troubles with the intensity of the purple color of these. Some were lighter than others, but they were still pretty. I have my doubts on their authenticity as amethysts, but I was just using them as decorations for my wedding. They worked great for that. I was able to break them using a claw hammer, but some I was able to pry apart with my hands. The purple is a really nice shade, and the the lighter ones are almost colorless, with just a hint of purple. The color variation makes these an exceptionally versatile purchase.

Colors are very dull but they come in all shapes and sizes, great for projects. Needed a good washing before I did anything with it.

Would be nice to know if company suggests cleaning the quartz upon delivery. I did such using sea salt. Very nice in quantity, size, and color. Perfect with lavender, creme, gray, shades of smoky purple color scheme in bathroom.Thank you.

tons of great big raw amethyst rocks. got the 3lb. way more than expected. great for working jewelry, did my 1st one last night! tons of fun & deft hooked. great deal for raw product.
