Closed Cell Foam for 1989 Lund Boat rebuild
Foam worked as expected. The volume of foam created was less than expected. Had to order a second time to finish the job.

Some tips on using
I used it to fill a small, subdeck area on a sailboat. Coast Guard approved for flotation. It works and I will purchase this product again.CON: The only instructions were on the label and simply told you mix equal parts. No MSDS. Website not helpful regarding health issues, if any.Caveat:1. Recommend you experiment with small amonts before using it on your project.2. Wear tight fitting disposable gloves. Covering work area with wax paper makes clean up easy and cheap. Mixing containers can't be used a second time - have plenty on hand for mutiple pours.3. Minimal mixing required. Pour into your project as soon as you see any evidence of foaming (yellow color just begins to show).4. Very sticky. Hard to remove from tools or places you don't want it. Work carefully.5. Could not judge how much each mix/ pour would give.LEARNING CURVE: Start by mixing quarter cup or less of each part in something like a 16oz. plastic cup. Use two measuring cups - one for each component. Stir quickly for less than 20 seconds if working in temperatues over 85 degrees F. Pour into test cavity or project, if you're bold. Don't wait for evidence of foaming before you pour. Waiting resulted in less expansion. Doing a simultaneous pour of each part into the mixing cup gave best result. The mix will be a very thin and spread so your project cavity must be sealed against leaks. It worked for me. Did multiple pours using a quarter cup of each part for each pour. Found mixing 8 oz or more of each part too difficult to manage , wasteful, and less expansion. Filled spaces nicely.Work carefully.

OK
Foams really well. End result is a bit brittle and can be crumpled with a strong squeeze (leaving hands dirty with little chunks of stiff foam). Great product as long as the project doesnt need lots of strength.

Worked fantastic
Worked fantastic in the area on a boat that I'm restoring. Follow the instructions and you will not have any problems.
