Carter Apartment Hamper, Cappuccino

I REALLY LOVE THIS HAMPER.. IT IS SMALL BUT IT CAN HOLD A LOAD OF MY CLOTHES PERFECTLY AND ITS CUTE AND FITS WELL INTO MY SMALL ROOM.. NOT SUITABLE FOR A PLUS SIZE OR A BIGGER PERSON JEANS, BUT PERFECT FOR ME I AM 183 POUNDS AND WEAR A SIZE 14 AND A LOAD IS ALL I NEED IT TO HOLD BECAUSE I WASH WEEKLY.. IT KEEPS ME ORGANIZED BECAUSE IF IT WAS BIGGER I WOULD JUST LET MY CLOTHES PILE UP AND NOT REALLY WANT TO DO LAUNDRY AFTER IT GETS SO FULL ..I HAVE ANXIETY AND THIS BASKET HELPS ME STAY FAITHFUL TO MY WASH DAYS BECAUSE IT ONLY HOLDS WHAT I NEED IT TO HOLD AND I CAN'T OVER STUFF IT BECAUSE IT DOES NOT EXPAND WHICH IS PERFECT.. FOR ME .. I WAS SCARED TO ORDER AT FIRST BECAUSE REVIEWS WERE SAYING THAT IT WAS WAY TOO SMALL .. BUT WHEN I RECEIVED IT I WAS SUPER HAPPY IT HOLDS A LOAD AND ITS CUTE AND IT SITS IN A SMALL; CORNER AND DOESN'T LOOK LIKE A DIRTY CLOTHES HAMPER FROM THE DOLLAR STORE

I got this over a year ago, I have a small bathroom and other hampers were just too big, this is perfect, it holds my entire week's worth of laundry with room to spare. It's well made and attractive. It's absolutely perfect for a small bathroom, this would even be good for a kids room... I'm very happy with this! Highly recommend.

Much smaller than I thought it would be. It is supposed to be 23.8" tall, but it is actually only 23", including the lid. The area where you can put clothes is only 21.5". Wish they'd make these square hampers the same 29" height as regular hampers. After all, it wouldn't take any more floor space. I had ordered 2 of these thinking I would use one for towels and the other for clothes, but it's much too small for a week's worth of laundry. I doubt it will hold more than a laundry basket would. I decided to keep the larger hamper I have for clothes and use this for towels. Not sure what I'll use the 2nd one for yet, since it would cost too much to return it. And it really is a nice, attractive hamper -- just smaller than what I anticipated.

This hamper is about half the width of the standard hamper in this style. Just right for a smaller room.I have both sizes. This is a great hamper for those who need a smaller one. Nice quality, nice color andperfect size.

This is perfect if you need a hamper in a small space. Our bathroom is not very big at all, and I didn't even know where I could fit a hamper. It looks really nice, seems well made, the color is great. You don't have to assemble this at all, it comes put together. It has a padded top, as if someone might sit on it but it is not strong enough to hold a person, so don't try that lol!

i'm so happy with this affordable and useful item. it stays in my living area so it's design fits in like a piece of furniture. it holds a decent amount of clothes, but not a family size load. i can throw things in it quickly at night, and when it fills up i transfer it to a sack in my closet. but i launder quite frequently so it isn't a common occurrence. i recommend.

It just needs to be twice or three times as big. I measured a little space at home before purchasing, and thought it would be big enough for my husband's and my clothes, but now I just use it as a super fancy toy box. Too much money for the size.

Well I hate to write a negative review but I have to warn anyone who plans on using this as a seat. Although the bench looks attractive it is most definitely not sturdy enough for everyday use at a vanity. I purchased this for a combination laundry hamper/vanity bench for my teen daughter's bedroom. She is very thin and did not abuse it in any way, just simply sat on it each morning to apply her make up. The sides broke down within 2 months and the bench was unusable within 5 months. Save yourself the trouble and look for something sturdier.
