Works great for filtering weed out of coconut oil.

Buchner Funnel worked perfect!
Great quality. Used with a fitted paper funnel to keep the built in filter clean. However, built-in filter still became discolored. Hard to clean. Filtration was excellent. Bought a second one.

Great value
Fine product. Wish I knew the funnel was as small as it was, but it performs well under regular use.

Arrived fast and works as it should.
glass in the neck does have some rough glass inside that looks like particles but after investigation I found that it was just glass impurity that made it rough. No biggie really as it isn't hurting a thing.

Filter part not 1000ml and the joint size/taper is not the standard.
I feel a little let down as I originally thought that the top actual filter part was 1000ml, but it appears as though it is just the flask it filters into that can hold that much. Only noticed this after the return window/option was a month over with. Normally this wouldn't be a huge deal and I would just buy a different buchner funnel, however the joint size on this is 19/26 where most standard labware use 24/40. Looking for other larger filters or ones that use pore plates vs fritted discs almost all bring up 24/40 joint sizes...Getting an adapter on ebay or amazon all end up coming from China and require a month long wait in shipping or if you find a used one from the US in proper condition, the price along with shipping is half or more the cost of a new filter all its own. Basically this set seems like its fine for what is technically described in the listing and you are not worried about the fine filter clogging on you. But if you want this stuff to work with other standard labware, DO NOT BUY IT. It will be more frustration in trying to get it to work with other things without adapters or long wait times in an attempt to adapt it. Better to buy something with standard joint sizes.
