Weleda makes beautiful skin care products and this one is just the same. Its natural ingredients are reassuring for skin, and this is a really nice price. Quality is always superb with Weleda.

My skin has always been a bit wacky... I have sensitive skin, that is also very oily and acne prone and has rosacea on my cheeks! So I have a ton of conditions I need to watch out for. I pretty much gave up on ever having beautiful skin without the help of makeup. Well, one day I was in Whole Foods and a woman was there offering up samples of Weleda products, I took the samples, but I figured hey why not just try the whole line anyway. I grabbed the cleansing milk, the refining toner, the wild rose eye cream, and wild rose face lotion (which was labeled for normal/combo skin).Upon first use I pretty skeptical of this stuff... it contained lots of oils in it and felt slightly greasy, but I decide to go forward anyway even though I was insanely terrified of putting it on my oily skin. (OCM did NOT work out well for me) At this point I discovered the cleansing milk is not good for removing makeup. You have to use the almond oil or the 2 in 1 cleanser toner to remove the makeup first, then use the cleansing milk to wash. I use the 2 n 1 toner to remove makeup first, or just some makeup remover wipes from Alcone.It feels like putting a lotion on at first, you will probably feel crazy doing it to your face, but after the first day I didn't break out, so I kept forward 2x a day using the whole routine, and I stopped using makeup for a week to fully test out the products only.It's been almost a month and I am hooked. My rosacea has cleared up tremendously, I rarely break out, my skin is super soft, and I don't have as much excess oil throughout the day. I just ordered my second bottle of cleansing milk from Amazon because it's cheaper here by a dollar.My only cons about this product is the heavy glass bottle it comes in. I am so scared of breaking it, but I did drop it once and it didn't break. It sucks because you can't see how much product is left inside. I am ordering my next bottle now because I have a feeling I am going to think it's full one day and find it empty so big fat con there. I was told to only use a few drops, but no I need at least the size of a nickel to wash my face, and this definitely DOES need to be rinsed off your face. The 2 n 1 cleanser and toner is the one that doesn't need to be rinsed off, but I suggest rinsing off all the products because the moisturizers are plenty if you choose the right one for your skin type. (Red for aging/normal-dry skin, Purple for dry-sensitive skin, Pink for normal to combo skin just to help those not familiar with the line)The body products are amazing too and next on my list of ordering as I only got samples of those.I recommend you trying the full line, following the directions for use properly, and give it at least 30 days before giving up!!! Your skin sometimes needs to adjust to new products and may act crazy at first, but you will notice how much better it looks!

I have very sensitive skin, have tried an insane amount of skin care products and will never use anything other than this! My skin has never looked so clear, natural and balanced, just after a few days of use. This is so gentle, lightweight, and refreshing. I use it with the Weleda Refining Toner and Sensitive Skin Lotion. Even friends have noticed my skin being so clear. It feels bare, naked and clean but well nourished and moisturized. It doesn't feel like anything is weighing it down or still sitting on my skin. I use it without wetting my face first, just apply like a normal face wash, then rinse with warm water. Works well, but a little drying for my facial skin. I have combo skin, and I think it will be just fine for the summer months when I tend to be a bit more oily.

I tried another witch hazel cleanser (Thayers non-alcohol version), and it just kind of felt like was rubbing scented water onto my skin.This stuff leaves my skin visibly clearer, smells good and does a great job removing oil and grime from my face without drying it out. I have sensitive combination skin, so this stuff is awesome.One bottle also lasts me 3-6 months depending on how often I use it :)

I've used this cleansing milk for about 18 years. I'm 52 and look 38. I've attributed this to good skin care in the Colorado climate for the past 25 years. Keeping my face clean and clear has been greatly advanced with Weleda Cleansing Milk.

The cleanser has witch hazel and various other ingredients that I think probably make the extremely strong odor. If you are looking for something unscented, do not get this. The scent is HEAVY and doesn’t go away unless you wash it off repeatedly

Has a strong scent and a high alcohol content. NOT for aging skin, but ok for younger skin that wants to remove heavy makeup.My guess is they opted for alcohol as an emulsifier. But it really strips the skin of moisture.
